Target, Coral Springs FL

My closest store is in Sawgrass. However, their lack of customer service has taken me three times to this store off State Road 7 on Wiles Road.
The 3 times I had issues in the Sawgrass store, this store did everything “above & beyond” customer service to help me with an online purchase gone wrong, find items I was looking to purchase, a refund in the past & currently, today, a breach of privacy issue & a coupon that I never received.
The Manager, COLA, who I did request upon entering the store; however, while waiting for her, a Customer Service Person, JOSE, had already resolved 3 of my 5 issues. Cola resolved the other 2.
This store has always resolved or helped on 3 different occasions & with a smile.
It’s not close to my house; but, it’s worth the drive, gas & time.
Their customer service has always made me feel so, so important.

I usually really love this Target and I seldom go out of my way to complain about bad experiences. However, today I went in and was checking out the clothes and met Nicki, who had a bad attitude. Totally rude and whatever her problem was was uncalled for. Usually everyone is pretty nice here, so I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but I was definitely disappointed and rubbed the wrong way by her attitude.

Impossible to change pickup option to curbside unless you are an expert at online apps. The human person on phone in store is not able to do it.

I love that Target has a little bit of everything, and the stores are typically in good order. This store in particular has been out of the thin-slim plastic hangers by Room Essentials the past two times I've visited. Other than that, the team members are generally friendly, the store is clean, and the parking lot is ample.

The Target Associate brought my order pick-up outside so fast, it was remarkable. The Associate was very polite with a smile and made sure I had my complete order.

Blake! Thank you for saving my day. This guys went above what I ever expected and helped me find a bag I left at the store by mistake the day before. Thank you from the lady with the pink plates.

This Target is always out of stock of necessary items. They allow customers to bring their dogs and put them in shopping carts. They have two lanes open and a long line for self check out. It’s slowly turning into Walmart.

Target is my favorite store! I use the store pickup option right now during the pandemic. They are great with the contact-free drop off in my trunk.

Their baby section is total garbage. Their displays are broken, strollers missing wheels, boxes of products returned with missing parts put back on shelves.

The Turtle Creek Target is a lovely place to shop. Clean, plenty of product choices and friendly service!

I don’t know what is happening with this store but the entrance, bathrooms and eating area are always very dirty. It is sad to represent Target like this. Management should be doing way much better!

Great style, always feel good when I'm shopping at Target. The store has something that is more uplifting than the other discount store lacks.

Went in to buy baseball cards but they didn’t have a good selection there is a better selection at the one on westview drive. They have a better selection there for baseball cards and it’s a regular target.

I love going to Target. The feel and the experience is much better than Walmart. They always have cashiers and someone monitoring the line to add more cashiers if needed. Love it.

This store sells expired food all the time. Some food has expired several months ago and still on the shelves. Told management but they don't do anything about it. If you shop here, check all decoration dates before you buy.

This is always a great Target. Went to Target Optical and the doctor was wonderful, nice, and very helpful. Highly recommend

The cashier Suvanne didn't know anything about the coupon policy and price matchup with target app she made me wasted 1 hour of my life, the manager took a long time, while the other people waiting for us.if you see her avoid her.

Everything I went in looking for the store didn't have. The employees didn't care and didn't offer solutions. Then went to get a snack and they say sorry all sold out and just shrug like the don't care!

I went to pick up an on line order, it was fast, efficient, very nice people, the pet section is very nice, the have a lot of stuff for cats, nice variety, my cat Garfield love It!
