Awesome staff they took care of all my needs and help me find what I couldn't find the place was very clean too

Stay clear of this store right now. They're remodeling. And the people they have hired to do the work could care less about the flow of traffic in an extremely busy mall.

Selection and customer service

Things are okay priced but the aisles are clear and the employees are friendly and helpful

The best target in Jacksonville. Workers have improved tremendously. Our cashier was so friendly and helpful. As well as cleanliness. My only complaint is the app shows a product is in stock and it actually isn’t. I wish they would update inventory more often.

Had to get Granddaughter a new booster seat which they had a very good selection of children's car seats and boosters got one to fit our Granddaughter and she's happy so that's what matters

It takes less time, deliveries are quick and safe, and I save money off stopping impulse shopping. But most importantly it is safer in regards to Vivid and its variants.

I went in with my 4 year old grandson to get him a new toothbrush only. I came out having spent over $148 and was happy with every purchase. Target has a great selection of quality items and the store and personnel are always helpful.

This store needs to buy more riding carts for the handicapped people every time I go they only have 2 that run out of battery Evertime! They have plenty handicapped parking but don't cater to them inside store it's a huge store and I can't walk it

Out of all of the Targets in Jacksonville, this is one of my favs. The customer service is wonderful, the Drive-Up team members are friendly and efficient and the store is nicely clean and on top of their product pushes. Keep up the great work team!

Patricia was awesome it’s was close time and she took the time to help us very friendly and she explained how the target app works only reason I’m doing this survey because it really impressed me I never do surveys but I am very happy on how she treated us.

Ordered on line and picked up my purchases within 2 hours. Sales Associates were friendly professional and I was able to buy additional items and pay at the same register that I picked up my order from.

Worst experience ever at this Target. I was profiled like I was a criminal by the way I dressed. The staff in the electronics department was very unprofessional with no common courtesy. I had purchased an iPad and decided to get another. Had to wait 20mins and then was told one per customer. I was with my wife so I ask if my wife could purchase the second one. Could not give me an answer. Waiting 10mins. Went to ask another staff members for help. Came back to the electronic department and waited. A staff member yelled out who needs an iPad. Then there undercover staff came by and started to look at me and walked off. As I was purchasing the second iPad the undercover staff ask the associate about my transactions and walked off again. What an unpleasant experience. I will be making a formal complaint.

Ruth at the customer service counter has about the personality of a prison guard. I walked up and three people were at the counter and nobody acknowledged my presence. I began to empty my bag and again nobody acknowledged me. I then asked if all three people or any of them were working and I was told “we are all working but we were having a private conversation. ” Needless to say I won’t be inconveniencing the employees here with my business again.

I love Target. It's easy to shop. I'm new to the area & I love this super store. Everything is clean and organized. It's my favorite store.

Staff is very friendly and the store is clean. Bathrooms are always taken care of and stocked. Will return to this location.

The Target on Beach and Hodges is always clean, polite staff and almost always stocked with what I need. I only wish they opened more cashiers. Sometimes we have a long line at self check out and it's crazy to look at all those dark cash register aisles:) why?

Clean store. The cashiers were so nice to my nephew and neice. Both of them got stickers and of course one or two ended up on my shirt. Lol.
