The people who work here need a crash course on customer service. STOP acting like the customers are in your way stocking and stop confronting them about b.s. At the register as if they work there! How many reviews of "not coming back" do you need to see before this happens? The first time I was accused of stealing a Lego set I hadn't, the second time, today, I "made them" shut down the machine because I missed the no cash back sign. Shoot me. That $10 that caused the "major inconvenience" according to Pam removed a neighborhood customer from returning to this store ever. I'll go down to Countryway next time and every other time.

Store used to be stocked better, some shelves once products are sold are not replenished as some other Targets in the county. Overall it’s nice and clean but we have to drive 8 to 9 miles to be able to find fully stocked Bullseye playground products and fully stocked many different products shelves. Hopefully that would change even tho it is only Target in at least 5 miles radius they should provide for customers that are there often

Recently purchased a Samsung 65 inch TV several weeks ago as a gift. Unpackaged the TV and completed the set-up per instructions. The screen was defective and could not be reset with the Samsung help desk. The purchase date was more than 30 days ago which fell outside of return/refund timeframe. Jake from your customer service was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. I explained my situation with the defective product in and discarding the original packaging. I was blown away when he said "no problem" when can you return the product. I arrived at the store this afternoon asked for Jake. The replacement TV was waiting in the staging area as promised. The entire return took less than 20 minutes to complete. So grateful that I purchased the TV from Target and not the usual stores (Sam's, CostCo, Walmart). Thank you restoring my confidence with true customer service.

This is by far my favorite Target. 99% of the time, this store is calm, relaxing and offers a legit therapeutic shopping experience. I never leave this store under 2 hours, minimum.

Clean in every department, staff available and polite and informative. Choices in every department first class. Shopping in a luxury store with reasonable prices.

I just had the Best experience at Target.and I owe it to Miss Cathy at register 5. She's so nice, knowledgeable and she even help me save some money on my daughters school uniforms, cause I was counting my pennies. Thank you Cathy, you really made me feel so much better than when I came in. People like you really do make a difference. Stay You!

I have been to this store many times, but twice within a few weeks. The store is clean and fully stocked. The customer service was excellent. I even needed to ask a person on the floor if they carried a particular product. They were very happy to check into it.and not act like I was an inconvenience. There are a lot of places I can choose to spend my $ and because of the customer care and cleanliness.this will be one of them.

Two lines check out open with annoyingly long lines waiting to check out and huge number of red shirted Target employees hustling around to look like they actually are doing something! Self Checkouts are fine when they actually work. Several needed items were out if stock also. Gulf to Bay staff is nicer and more efficient

It would be nice if Target would sell Topps Bowman Baseball cards. I go in there every day and saw them on the shelf one time. Never saw them again. I once was able to get a box of Topps chrome but that’s it, one time in a year! I wish you would sell us what we want.

I needed assistance with the price of an item and directions to gift cards! Very friendly, helpful and courteous! Boot Ranch Target is SO CLEAN!

I have visited this Target many times over the years seeing a few upgrades and this store remains constant. They are friendly although i did have an argument with Management over a Braun Razor. They advertised price was $43.00 and they refused to honor it. I had to threaten to cut up my Target Card and call corporate to get them to honor their promotion lol. Since, they seem to have made some changes and all looks great. Target is the bomb. I do like them and so does my family

I bought a box of trading cards that had a promo card bent right out the box, when I went there to ask to exchange it they told me they refuse what a joke
