Target, Titusville FL

Target is the best, has everything and is community conscious! Customer service is great as well!

The store in Titusville has gone downhill over the last 4 years. The store is starting to look like Walmart. Pallets everywhere in the aisles, the store is dirty, clothes all over the floor constantly, stock items left on carts in the aisles. It's hard to find employees for help and when you do they seem less than enthusiastic. There are some standout employees though that go out of there way and are always friendly; Mayra, Jorgen, Berto, Athena, and Lexi. When the previous store manager Chuck left, that's when the store changed for the worst.

Good location, just wish the Tesla charging station had recycling and trash bins and the parking lot lighting would stay on.

This location has gone down hill. It's been a hot mess in every department for weeks now. Employees walk around filling online pickup orders but not hoping on registers. I'm not sure if this was due to back to school or low staffing. I'll be happy to dive a little further to go to a clean store.

I love shopping at Target for cute holiday items, Up and Up products and typical name brand items. My store is always clean and has friendly staff who are easy to interact with. Always a great experience with Target!

Love shopping Target. Always find what I need, the store is always clean and neat, the prices are good, and the employees are great. Would never shop anywhere else. Parking is even better than most locations.

If you want to be competitive with Walmart then hire staff; staff checkouts; no one should wait four deep when you open up a 3rd line; with other staffers just walking around…focus on customer service and providing better check out service.

This store needs self checkout badly. You can wait forever to pay for your item. Associates are around the store in droves, but you have to wait in long lines to checkout.sorry. It's actually better at Walmart. They have self checkout.

Great store. Get my shabby chic sheets here. Got great deal on air fryer. Found beautiful floor length fancy dress, slacks and don't usually think of clothes shopping at Target. Titusville store is cleanest with friendliest staff. Handicap friendly.

DO NOT BUY A PHONE AT TARGET EVER.they will waste your time and money and they don’t care about customer service.very disappointed and will be boycotting target all together because of this horrible experience, waste of time and money.

Lots of unfriendly employees. I asked a question about target credit card, it took 4 employees to figure it out. If it wasn't my local store, I wouldn't go.

Staff greeted me various times during the visit. I felt appreciated as a customer. Karen-Marie answered questions about Circle. Jules in foods is outstanding. Love to visit Target.

The store has been dirty, usually in the store about 3 times a week. Pallets left everywhere.
Stock shelves are a tragedy.
Not 1 person to give assistance when needed.
It is a real disappointment that Target
Would let themselves get this way.
They need to hire new staff, because
The new employees have no knowledge
Of what they are doing.
There are a lot more people qualified
To do jobs, then even some of the
Managers.
Suggestion assigned employees to their area
Of expertise.
Like do not assigned a person to work
In market if that person is more qualified
To work in toys.

Visited a few times in February while we were staying in the area for work. Store was well stocked (which doesn't always happen during Covid), and staff was always friendly. My only complaint is there are no self check-outs and they had limited cashiers available. Other than that, the usual experience you would expect from a Target store.

Loved this store, everything was organized and clean. They had a few clearance sections and we got some really good deals. They have grocery items and I was able to get what I needed and skip going to another store. They have a Starbucks, beach supplies at the front and garden center and the bathroom is clean.

I always enjoy going to Target yes the prices are a little more but they do have things that other places do not carry and there is a Starbucks inside the store so you get to smell fresh coffee being made as you walk around it makes you feel all warm and cozy inside the store and it’s not a mad house like the Walmart across the street
