Target, Daytona Beach FL

Wanted to return a $12 item and Lori was not helpful at all. I purchased the items through DoorDash, showed her the receipt for the item on my app she would not accept it claiming she needed a bar code. We then tried the card I used she claims it doesn’t show up but yet I can show her the transaction amount on my bank statement for the card I used. I always shop at this store. Really disappointed she made such a big deal over a $12 item.

They don’t answer the phone. Very unprofessional. Also told me that an item wasn’t in stock when in fact it was. Highly disappointed with this store.

I stay in a motel near by when I come to the area and this Target is in walking distance. The people are very friendly and it feels like my home Target. Its a great store!

I’ve been here shopping and now need to use the ladies room. It’s closed and No One can go back, but I really need to go. Two Target employees are discussing the bathroom. One ask, “Are the bathroom ok-the other answers, “Yes, the ladies is, but I but somebody, put something in the man’s room and I can’t get it to flush. They both walk away and put the divided back up showing the bathrooms are closed for cleaning. I’m leaving this cart here and going somewhere I can pee. Worst Customer Service ever! 2: 14pm You are both awful people.

Manager is clearly just working there to get a check because she has ZERO customer service skills. Even after the cashier stated items were clearly not ringing up correctly or were incorrect in the system the manager refused to help. I even went to customer service to speak with her after and she refused to help after I spent well over $500! I shop at target regularly and I know what to do as far as price checks - I even checked prices before cashing out thinking they would be correct at the register. She refused to help and told me to return the items- which I completely intend on doing! I will spend my money at a store that treats their customers with the respect they deserve when spending my hard earned money.

Solid location. The store is clean and aisles are neat and tidy. Prices aren't terrible and the waits weren't long at all for the time I was there. Service was friendly. Five stars!

Excellent Target branch, everything is orderly clean and clear, employees are pleasant to interact with and the location is very convenient

I placed my order online and it was ready very promptly. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by a sales clerk and they provided me with my order very quickly. I was very satisfied with this whole process.

Friendly staff, clean store & a good selection of products. Convenient location. There are also Tesla chargers for electric vehicles.

Target is a great store to shop for all your needs!
Courteous employees, different quality of items than other stores (as their own unique good quality items.) Really convenient hours. A must to shop!

In Daytona, Of Daytona.
The vast majority of employees were on their phone, and in the way. There were no carts available in their standard area. Either they were all in the parking lot, or bums had made off with them. Maybe all those employees were trying to get the app working that automatically brought them in.
The store, while not filthy, was not clean either. And there were so many employees coming off the clock when I walked in, it felt like a whole store of staff quitting. Yet inside were twice or four times as many. Some were working to be fair- the ones over 45 years old at least. Ask for something as you browse, if you want dirty looks.
Positive points were that what there was, was in stock. But the selection was anemic as the hipsters staring with malevolence at any one nearby as they shopped for goods to stuff their dorm, to occupy their time away from pursuit of worthless degrees.

This place is death.

My 1st time ever going to target. Wow the Customer Service is Remarkable. With long free warranties and Top Notch Free Service Calls. Which I had to use to setup a TV. Amazing!

If I could give it a zero I would this is the "filthiest" Target I have ever seen.this Target store is an extremely sorry example of a Target store. This place made Walmart look like a paradise for shopping. The parking lot was filthy the walkway to get into the store was filthy, walking into the store the shelves were in disarray trash on the floor this place was disgusting. I will never ever shop at the Target store on International speedway boulevard in Daytona Beach it is the most disgusting store you will ever see and if I were the owner of Target I would definitely fire the district manager the manager and the assistant manager for allowing this store to look this way. It's pathetic it's really pathetic. Target used to be a great place to shop but after going into this store it makes me wonder what Target stores are coming to be. Had I not been a regular Target store shopper I would never step foot in a Target store again based on the appearance of this store.

Small target and only has 30% of grocery items as a normal target. No produce here. Recommend just going to a different one but the next closest location is another 15 mins away.

Target is still my go to store for all shopping. Would Love if they could open one in the Ormond Beach area. We've had so much growth and need Target

I had two gift coins that were never used and it shows no balance. The sales person (Anne / Store# 0688) scratched to see the code as they were never used. The sales associates would not assist in finding out why they were a zero balance. I would advice not to buy any target gift cards.

Passing through with my husband while out of town we stopped in to shop at the Daytona location. We went to the self checkout and this girl named Archer made a direct path over to our register. As we were scanning our items she stood very close behind us and, crossed her arms. She watching our every move intently. I was confused and initially thought she was there to assist us. I assured her that we did not need any help. She never smiled, replied or broke her glare. Extremely rude. We purchased over a hundred dollars worth of items and did not appreciate being made to feel like we were unwelcomed. This was so ridiculous that I went out of my way to share this experience. All of the registers were occupied however, she only focused on us and you can guess why. So now my focus will be on her. I have attached her picture. Shame on you. Archer has to get out more to know that people who steal do not all look the same. And, we are not those people.

Nice and clean store, workers are friendly (they greeted our kids when we were browsing the store) and the parking lot has a Tesla charging station making it very convenient to charge your vehicle while shopping at Target. We stopped by on our way home from the beach.
