Need to update in that we have noticed many grocery pricing problems lately. Charged price at the register is often different from the item price on the shelf? Very convenient for us at Coconut Point, but not kept as clean as it should be, especially in the food service areas. Sometimes difficult to find a customer service person, check-out lines are too often very long, and some basic grocery items are often out of stock. Target needs to focus on very basic grocery and food service operations, as well as customer service, if it is going to survive. If it was not located so close to us we would probably never go there!

1 out of 35 registers open and 1 self checkout in the middleof the day. Like we need another reason not to shop at Target

Go to this target all the time, but the GM Kristy is horrible. I saw her pick her nose and not wash her hands… GROSS

Was very surprised and happy to find food prices are very affordable compared to competitors.

Target is super disappointing. Ordered groceries for pick-up. Went to pick them up and they said they weren’t ready. I ordered 3 hours ago, plenty of time. Spoke to a worker who gave this incredibly ridiculous excuse, and said you can cancel if you want. No, I want my groceries. He said well we have night duties to do you can come and get them another time tomorrow. We’ll hold them. Then I spoke to manager and he’s like nothing I can do. What’s the point of having the service if you can’t fulfill. Manager totally useless. He did not give two craps at all! If I didn’t need the groceries I would not have ordered them! Guess I’ll go to Walmart at least the fulfill their orders.

I am very disappointed with this store. I bought a laptop for my daughter with a 2 year warranty plan. That same day, two hours later, I returned the laptop because my daughter did not like the type of screen. They reimbursed the cost of the laptop, however, they were not able to return the money that I paid for the warranty plan. They did not warn me that if I returned the laptop I would not receive the money back and they told me that if I change my mind and I do want the laptop, I would have to pay for the warranty plan again. This all happened in a matter of a few hours, the same day I did the purchase. I lost $87 buying a warranty plan that I never used. The team of Customer Service was unable to find a satisfactory solution.

Clean store. Super Target. Great selection.
They need more open checkout lines. Very few self checkout lines.

Am here for work, from Washington state. I came to pick up a couple things I needed. Of course, I ended up in the makeup section, as usual. I was just browsing trying to decide what kind of powder brush I wanted, and along comes Laura. Wow, what a breath of fresh air. Someone who truly enjoys her job! She not only gave me tips on what brushes I might like, but also introduced me to new products! She offered me a hand basket, because I already had my hands full. Of course, working in retail myself, I know, that's the trick to getting someone to buy more stuff! Of course it worked. I just thought she needed a shout out, because working in retail, I know that this does not happen near enough! Thank you Laura. If you lived in Washington, I'd try to steal you away from Target

I was there 5-13-2023 and there was a older Lady named Madeline if Iam not mistaken, she and a very racist white lady younger than her were talking politics in front of several Latino customers, saying if they don’t like De Santis policy’s they can leave or else they will kick them out! And that they were going to vote De Santis! And threatening all Latino customers! Shame on this people since they are white they think they can insult others! Not knowing that they are légal in this country! You need to enforce your policies of no employees to be talking politics and being racists to other races!

Used to be great store. Come up from Naples in fact. One bright light was Kathleen always friendly, now clueless Employees that self-serve and elsewhere. Greg the so-called safety manager? He is beyond competent. His response to the lack of safety in the parking lot due to his cones/slash barriers was that they were fine when he ordered them.
However, it has gone downhill fast. He placed massive amount of barriers IN The parking lot in front of the store, making it impossible to make turns in a proper and safe manner. Watched one car turning left/out from the 'in/right' lane in order to avoid hitting one of the barriers. Another car how to make three tries to turn right out of an parking lane. It is impossible to drive safely in front of the store.

Just because people have to wait to cross when they're not yet in the crossing area (Walker's must be at the curb for cars to be required to stop) should not necessitate creating a tremendous hazard after you leave the store or when trying to turn into a parking aisle. Talking to personnel, they are the ones who are complaining the most about having to wait to cross back and forth multiple times a day.

Target, Coconut Point, Simon and the manager Greg (responsible for this) will end up getting sued one day in the not too distant future when there's an accident because cars have to use locations other than what is expected or the norm because of Greg's multiple unnecessary and dangerous barriers.
People have had to move these barriers to avoid damaging their cars.
Cars make rounded turns not square.

I have been a Target only customer for food and non-food household shopping (no Walmart) for some quite some time now, however now considering other options. Not worth the hazard.

A wonderful, huge supermarket that leaves nothing to be desired. Clearly structured, short waiting times and a Starbucks is also available. What more do you want? Thanks so much!

I love Target, and have called many different stores my home over the last few years, but I just struggle finding what I need when I come to this one. I don’t know if it’s traffic, staffing, or the purchasing, but today they didn’t have 4/7 of the things I’m looking for that are rare not to find at other locations. This is a pretty normal occurrence. Not having cell service in the building makes it hard to shop other locations for missing items while inside.

This store is consistently busy and lines reach out to the aisles. You'll consistently have to wait, and it has been like this for months. If this is a higher-up issue where this Target isn't allocated a reasonable amount of employees, this needs to change. There's over ten lanes and maybe three of them are ever used at a time. Thanks Megan who let me out of the store with my items even though my card had issues, after waiting over 20 minutes in a line.

However, this has been a long-standing issue; I suspect this may a higher level than local management, but Target really needs to resolve this one way or another.

Employees are helpful and attentive but that doesn’t help when the store is continuously devoid of stock even after checking on line.
Have had to go to Walmart or Amazon more often than I like.

Was very easy to place order and have it brought right out to my vehicle. Will definitely be doing this more often. It was so quick and didn't take much time at all.

Store is fine. Checkout on the other hand is terrible. I’m sure between 24 registers there is some sort of faster process versus funneling all checkout traffic to self check and only having 3 cashiers…

11: 30 am on a Saturday. Do better management.

I went to pick up a few items for dessert. Convenient location and Alex provided excellent customer service. Target did not have Tillnook Vanilla Bean ice cream on its shelf. Alex went into the back and returned promptly with a fresh container of Tillnook Vanilla Bean ice cream. We had a similar experience with a woman who got Philly cream cheese from the back stockroom when shelf was empty.
