Target, Greenacres FL

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Target seems to think I work for them. I don’t and refuse to check myself out at self serve unless they give me an employee discount

If I could give ZERO stars I would, store was a mess, toys that are on clearance at EVERY other target are not labeled as clearance at this store. And items that are on sale for price match are not being honored. I will never go back to this store.

Used to love shopping here, but now all but one of their checkout lanes are self-checkout, I know all stores are trending into doing this and don’t get me wrong it’s great if you need to purchase 10 or less items but if I am getting groceries for the whole week I am not going to stand their scanning $200+ worth of items. Stop being cheap and simply have more traditional cashiers. Until then I am shopping at Publix.

Awful store, horrible management. Every time I go to but 2 or 3 items I am forced to wait in 1 of 2 lines that they have open. If you get "lucky " and they open a third the folks at the end of the line get first dibs on that line. The place is a joke and service is non existent. I'm sure they don't care about my business, but either way I'll go 10 minutes further to Publix.

Please tell me why just got insured by 2 young African American ladies. Is it because I'm an older woman or is it because I'm white? Or is it both? I had brought a bouquet of flowers and they were in pots by the side entrance, and on the pots there is a sticker that they were $10.00 they were $15.00 before the sale so as I'm checking out I realize the cashier charged me the original $15
00. I told the cashier that it said $10.00. She said to me, well it says $15 on the wrapping and that's what I had to pay, so as I was walking out, I looked again to see if I was wrong or were they on sale. Low and behold, there were on sale for $10. Don't you think the cashier should of had someone do a price check. So I asked security to please call the manager over as I'm standing by the flowers. I told him how I was treated and he apologized and agreed they were only $10 so he said get in line in customer service and thet will refund your money back on your target card, so that's what I did, I told the young lady what he said and I could not believe how rude and insuling she was. She actually argued with me about the price, and had the. Nerve to say to me. I don't know why he's doing this. It says $15. Both young ladies treated me very rudely, that's why I'm asking why? Is this racism or because I'm older. They really need to get back to the wonderful customer service that I loved and walkingout as a happy satisfied customer

My trips at this location are always succesfull, I always find everything I need, the employees are very helpful, the check out is fast. I am shopping there on regular basis.

Security makes people like myself feel uncomfortable, they are basically racially profiling.

WARNING. I do not write review’s often but I am because of how a situation was addressed and I hope to warn others. This store is decent in regards to their inventory and store set up. There is a woman who comes into this store FREQUENTLY that harasses customers about God and Jesus. I was approached by this woman in a secluded isle and she was a young typical looking pregnant woman so I thought nothing of it. She asked a few random questions such as what do I think of when I think of rainbows and my relationship with god. She then began to shame me for being open to dating women and how women must be dressed conservatively etc. I typically would have handled this issue in a more serious matter but because of this woman being pregnant I did not want to possibly have a altercation in the store, so instead I quickly approached a employee and before I can finish explaining what happened she asked if the woman was pregnant. I responded yes and she said she is there all the time and made it like it was nothing. KEEP IN MIND THEY HAVE SECURITY IN THE FRONT. So if you all know of this woman and she’s been a recurring issue how is this happening? I don’t feel comfortable walking into your store now so now your store has lost a customer.

The mangers were awful that whole experience there made me never want to go back to this target even had roaches yogurt isle

I try to get this location multiple chances but if your doing an order pick up do yourself a favor and us a different target in the area this one always has horrible wait times and I hate to say it cause I work for target for 7 years but this location is just not organized at all
