Target, Lake Park FL

Needs to find a way to keep up demand for vegan and vegetarian products, always out of stock for various food and toiletries that are vegan.
Also, if yall continue price hiking, soon Target WILL be out of business.
Great selections when available.
Prices are extremely high at all Targets.

Love Target's car side pick up. Unlike Walmart there's no minimum purchase so no added fees. When funds are tight I can pick up what I need without extra fees and within 2 hours. Out of cat food we can pick it up tonight. Unlike *W******* that I have to book a time and often end up there later then I like, or the next day.

I was having trouble locating a couple items that I couldn't find, Bobby stopped what he was doing to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I wish Target had more employees like him.

Great store. In Store Scooter didn't hold battery power the entire shopping venture for the Elder I accompanied.

3 fitting rooms for the whole store! Had to wait in line for 45mins. Employees said rooms were broken and a whole section of fitting rooms have been closed since Covid due to piles of clothes still in there. Covid can’t be an excuse 3 years on— sorry! Won’t be shopping there again.

Today I had an exceptional customer service experience at this store. I saw a shirt I really wanted but it was not there in my size. A young man working there looked it up on his handheld device and said it showed 2 were in the store. He said while I was continuing to shop he would look for them. I forgot about it thinking he wouldn't be able to find it, but as I was in line to pay for my other purchases, he came rushing over with the shirt in my size. It made my day!

This is a nice, clean, and very organized store. Easily found everything I needed. Wish they had Strawberry Watermelon Gatorade though. Don't understand why they don't. Otherwise, I recommend this location, much better than others I've been to.

Be able to walk in to target and never have to wait at the return line. They make shopping here very simple and convenient. The store is always organized and there are always employees to help direct traffic if necessary, especially at the checkout line. Excellent customer service.

The only issue I found out on Target is the check out process
Last time I was online 15 min waiting to pay for 1 item.

The staff at the lake park palm beach target were amazing. I was very impressed with both the person stocking the store near the electronics department that helped me find the item I was looking for and again the person assisting at the self service checkout area. They were both very helpful, professional and friendly. Truly exceptional employees

This used to be my go to place because I got so sick of Walmart. But I feel like it’s turning into Walmart. I mostly do curbside pickup the last two times I’ve had to go in to get my order because I was sick of waiting in the parking lot for over 30 mins. Target please get better with your employees and store.

Target Lake Park:
I waited for 25 mins for my order pick up not a single person came out ever to bring anyone their drive up orders. All the spaces were full at this time. I went inside to ask if anyone was coming out and was told “yeah I’ll be out in a minute” and then she proceeded to walk the other way across the store. I found another gentleman that did get me my order and apologized. But honestly I choose Target drive up service because of the speed and personable staff. Not anymore. I might as well shop at Walmart they have better prices and at least they actually bring me my drive up order.

Alton from TSS department security helped us out SO MUCH! Couldn't find a product, and Alton was there helping her for about 15 minutes straight! He didn't give up and helped us find it in the end. 11/10 stars! TYVM

Although I find nice things prices are outrageous and not worth it. My purchases are less then they use to be. Even though they jacked up those prices they pay their employees minimal. Wonder if they could live on that? Highly doubt it.

We waited a long time in line due to a customer arguing over nonsense. The cashier Marc was very patient and made sure we were taken care of. After dealing with that customer, he was still very pleasant and didn't let her behavior determine how he treated us. Thank you Marc and great job not letting people ruin your day!

We love the Lake Park location. It's always clean, the staff is friendly, and we never have any issue locating things we need (and don't need lol!).
