Target, The Villages FL

Kymber was the friendliest cashier I have ever met. I was able to find everything I needed. Store is always super clean and organized.

Since I moved to this little town, it's about the only familiar store I have stepped into. Thank goodness there's a Target here!
Would be amazing if they were open 24hrs!
For the most part, you can pretty much find anything here!

Worse customer care EVER!
I walked to a cashier station to ask and employee about a certain item in the store. She looked at me like I spoke a foreign language. I repeated myself, and she flagged another employee walking by to ask if they knew if that item was in the store. (It was just sticky notes, by the way).
This other employee just indicated to the area where I had just come from, and hadn't seen them. She said, its over in stationary. I politely asked if she would show me, and she abruptly replied, "I'm going on break, if we had any, that's where it would be".
I don't know WHO trains these people, if anyone does. I worked in retail for 5 years, and you ALWAYS helped a customer, even if you were "going on break". If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Amazing customer service! Morgan stopped me to offer assistance in helping me carry a heavy bookcase to the register & to my car.this made my day easier & made me feel valued as a shopper.

Just left this Target, unbelievable the sarcasm I got with the cashier, simply asked why can’t I see the screen to see what I paid. Her replied Its always been like that I told her I can see it at Walmart and other places. I stood quite walked off and she was still talking saying this ain’t Walmart. Keep talking Kimberly!

These managers need to brush up on Target policies. I came in to make an exchange on something (and I knew I could because I looked up the Target policy on their website regarding the item specifically), but they refused to do it. I then contacted target corporate to do an exchange and they did it without issue (because there never should have been one in the first place). I encourage anyone to go this if you ever have an issue with a specific store.

Love this Target at the Villages in FL! So clean and the employees were all so friendly and helpful. Prices are great and loved going through the clearance items for the good deals. Next time I will be there longer!

Target always provides an exceptional shopping experience. The store is consistently clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of items. Their friendly, knowledgeable staff members are always available to help you find what you need. I particularly appreciate the exclusive products and deals that can be found on their app. I highly recommend shopping at Target for a seamless experience.

I've always liked Target, but I really like using the app, the online store and the Lady Lake store together.

They were fast. You can never go wrong with Target. No matter what you go in for, you will always come out with Extra!

Generally, it's a good Target. Nice to get away from our local sore sometimes and see things a little different.

Clean store, but seems to be out of product a lot (even prior to COVID). Could use a little more attention to restrooms.

Chantelle needs to calm her facial expressions. And watch how she talk’s about the customers that call the store with a question that might be dumb to her (her own words) but not everyone knows certain policies for returning an item. She was annoyed at everyone there. Every time I saw her through out the store she had the most annoyed Look she made me forget certain things I was looking for because I couldn’t believe how I was talked to because my license for some reason didn’t want to scan on two registers it worked everywhere else. No need for her attitude for something that wasn’t anyone’s fault.

I found a book, Book Lovers, that I have been searching for weeks. Target always has good prices and discounts on books. I also found the correct copy of Power of the Dog. They have good delivery to your truck because I had a sick puppy with me. Always good service from Target.
