Target, Fort Myers FL

Employees were great, none were in foul moods like another large competitor chain. They actually go out of their way to offer assistance. I drive over an hour to enjoy Target!

I visit this location multiple times every year while my son is at school (FGCU). We have always had great luck finding everything we need, considering they have to keep stock for thousands of students & residents in the area!

I only went to this Target because the store closest to me didn’t have what I wanted in stock. I’ve got a newborn and a bad back so I am not able to carry the baby and large items otherwise I would go inside. Drive Up has worked well for me at Target Coconut Point, they are efficient and bring my things out to me as soon as I arrive.
I waited over 20 minutes at the Drive Up in Gulf Coast, called the store and was put on hold for 15 min. Called again and finally had someone come out. I usually don’t mind waiting but what is the point of offering a service if your customer is going to have to nag you about doing your job.
The only reason this has any stars at all is because the person that brought out my items was such a sweetheart.

The people that work there are amazing. We can pick up our prescriptions and do our grocery shopping all in one place.

This is my go-to place. My daughter and I love this Super Target. The location is great and I always find what I need from clothing to food items and anything in between.

Followed my family threw the store like we was shop lifters.
Never felt so uncomfortable in my life.
Will never go back.

You don't have enough cashiers anymore and I hate the self check-out. I am tired of watching you dwindle staff and leave it to your own customers to work for you.

Terrible customer service. Exchanged a shirt and game my son got for Christmas. I got the same shirt in a different size and was charged for it. The employee also took a game I wanted to exchange and I got nothing for it and owed money on top of it. The employee was not friendly and felt that was horrible customer service. I shop here every week. I will no longer return to this target after a few times with bad customer service experience I've recieved here.

Close to the airport. Convenient for the drive home. The young man that cashed me out was awesome. Great customer service!

Excellent selection and kind team members working in the store that are always helpful. Store is always clean and organized whenever I stop by.

The employees were extremely friendly and helpful even though the store was incredibly busy. I received excellent service at the dressing room and at the checkout. The store was very well-stocked, had some great sales going on, and a LOT of great clearance items. I enjoyed my time at this store.

Great store to shop for all kinds of things. Some breakfast items, desserts, snacks, laundry, baby stuff and even clothing. Always good deals available.

Starbuck suck she was just on her phone smh! Great customer service! She should take care of the customer first.

This is probably the biggest target I have been to. Well duh its a SUPER target. Lol but they have good prices around the store. Not too high and the staff is happy to help and answer questions.

Located in Gulfcoast Town Center, very close to I 75 on exit 128. Has wide veriety of collection, serving neighborhood. Store has it's deal which is a added advantage for smart shopper.

Heard to find a sales associate when you have a question. Most of the time they don't have what I need.
