I've been a customer now for about 8 years. They offer excellent deals and great customer service. I will be back next time I need new glasses

The best service! I’ve been to so many other places to get my contacts and glasses and target optical by far had the best service. Alfredo especially did a fantastic job helping me and going above and beyond fantastic service! I’ll definitely keep going to target optical from now on.

Scheduled and appointment online. I got there and waited 30 mins for the pre exam. After that I waited another 15 mins then went up to the desk to check on when I would be seen. They told me after I waited for 45 mins that I was not on the schedule and put me in an appointment that cancelled. I was originally scheduled for 12 pm and they booked me for an appointment one hour later at 1 pm and did not even tell me. Not professional. Not courteous. I do not recommend coming here. If I wanted an appointment at 1 pm I would have booked it for that time. At least tell you customers what is happening with their appointment. No communication. Don’t go here. I waited almost an hour.

My son scratched my glasses and I didn’t have a spare. It is difficult to find someone to take you in on a Sunday! I called Target Optical and Andy was able to have me seen as a walk-in. He was a life saver! I highly recommend coming here, professional and caring staff. The doctor was very thorough! Thank you once again Andy!

Surpassed my expectations! The whole experience was a breeze, and Lyanna was absolutely amazing. She was such a huge help and was so kind. I would highly recommend this Target Optical over other local eye centers.

The service at the Optical at Target Hunters creek was just great! They are very professional! Alfredo, Andy and Jeremy and the rest of the staff are great at customer service! Very friendly and fast service! Highly recommend!

This place is awesome. The customer service here is matchless. Dr. Phan and his wife have been gems to me whenever I get my exams done (I’ve been coming here for years now). They’re really a delight, super personable and really enjoy getting to know their clients. Andy is also amazing. He not only saw that my glasses were crooked (I really thought they were done for) and fixed them, but he gave me a trial pair of contacts until my contacts came in. Cannot complain about this location if I tried. Great job, guys!

I came here, because my insurance covered prescription lenses here. While it wasn't a terrible experience, it wasn't the best either. 1) They never tested my eye health, despite being included with my exam, 2) I picked up my glasses, but they didn't polish the lenses, so I had to come back a week later, and 3) After picking up my lenses, the polish work was done; however, it looks as if they forced the lenses into the frame, because there's grazing scratches on the polish indicating as much. Either that or the polish work wasn't done properly. Regardless, I don't think I'll come back. I didn't realize the most blue light protection their lenses provide are only 20%, and my job requires me to be at the computer on a general basis. For the minimal products, the bare minimum effort, and the fact that I'm not 100% dissatisfied, I give them 3 stars. There's locations that do far more superior work for similar rates, so there's plenty of room for improvement if they want to compete with other opticians; regardless, I can't assure I'd ever come back, knowing their work is somewhat shotty.

Marisol from Target Optical was very helpful, pleasant and accommodating. She even assisted me in choosing eyeglasses.

I went to this Target optical to get my spectacles adjusted because they were too loose on my face and it was busy. I was attended to by Meyling. She was prompt in fixing my spectacles and very kind. The thing I appreciated the most was the fact that she dropped her bags (she was clocked out and on her way out) when she saw me and still attended to me. Most people will walk out once they are clocked out but she was very kind to help me out.

We are visiting from overseas, and my daughter popped a lens out of her glasses. Meyling was kind enough to not only repair it on the spot, but didn’t even charge me. I am so very grateful for this wonderful customer service. Thank you, Meyling and team.

Went there a few months ago. Stood in the store for 20 mins and no one even acknowledged us. There were about 3 sales reps who were busy with others but not one person turned around to say hi and we'll be with you soon or anything at all. Walked out after 20 mins of being unnoticed

I went in last week to get an updated prescription and new glasses since my new pup bit my pair up. During the first trip while picking out a new pair Jeremy tightened them for me and ensured he would put a rush on my glasses because I was going on a trip within 10 days of ordering my new pair!
He personally called me within 5 days to tell me they are ready to be picked up before I leave and then when I got there another lady, I didn’t get her name, gave me a few packs of lens cleaner to take with me even though I never even mentioned to her I was going of out the country soon!

I have been using Target Optical for the past 7 years for my annual contact lenses exam covered by me employment vision insurance plan. Recently a new doctor has taken over the practice and the staff is nice enough but clueless other attempting to up sale over priced glasses. The new doctor is personable and friendly and they did provide the an extra set of contact lenses for my vacation while I wait on my order to be delivered.

The reason for a 3 star score is related to new shady insurance billing practices. Over the years I have only been required to pay for the contact lense exam which is 100% covered by my vision insurance plan include my visiting to this Target Optiocal over the past years. Today they chareged me a $40 contact lense fee and only disclosing the fee after the exam was completed. I explained a fitting should have been included in the standard contact lenses exam and they insisted that the extra fee was to check my vision again after I put the contact lenses in my eyes. My prescription did not change from the prior prescription and the brand did not change from the brand I have been wearing for years.

It appears to me they are padding the bill by charging additional fees that are not standard, required or covered by your insurance plan. Internet research and a conversation with my insurance company confirmed they should not have charged me the fitting fee and billed my insurance for a contact lenses exam.

Be careful with this location and be knowledgeable about your insurance coverage. They will not disclose the correct fees prior to the exam being completed, then try to strong arm you into paying additional fees.

At 32 years old I have never been to an eye doctor because it was never needed. I've been squinting and having trouble driving at night with blurred vision. I seriously have not enough words to express how amazing those place is. Dr. Phan is the sweetest most gentle doctor. Even with it being so busy I never felt rushed not once. The lady who I think is a manager there I dont know her name she's short, hispanic in her 30s was so sweet. Amazing customer service over all at this place. I really have no clue where all these negative reviews are coming from.

If they can avoid going to this target they avoid a headache was to return some glasses that they had done wrong and the manager was annoying horrible service

I had both glasses and sunglasses done and all of the staff was wonderful! Carmari was very helpful in helping me choose the best frame! She was outgoing and had amazing customer service skills, please keep her around! Dr. Phan was great as well, thanks guys:)
