Robert at the counter fixed two pairs of glasses that I had broken, FREE of CHARGE. Prompt, quality customer service. We have been going there for years and will continue to do so.

I was surprised with the efficency. Went over there to make some prescribed sunglasses as I work in the sun all day. I was willing to wait to do the exam. The attendant named Christopher told me that I don't have to do that, that they can pull the last prescription since I'm still seeing right and he ordered the glasses for me. Not even that, he told me if by any chance I schedule my exam later on I can go to any store and if it changes drastically they can do the sunglasses again with the new prescription.

Staff is always friendly. My family and I have been going there for years and we always have great experience. They go above and beyond to make it easy to get exactly what we want. Good selection of eyewear brands and styles. A+

The lady working on Sunday Sep 27th at 3: 30 pm was very rude. First, She told me they were closed (when they close at 4pm), then she told me that I had 15 mins because she had to clean all the frames that I touched and demanded that I had a prescription to enter the store. Target take a look at your customer experience training.

The eye doctor on duty today (I wish I could remember her name) was so kind, and attentive to any concerns or questions I had. And the assistant, Ana, was wonderful! Made sure my visit was perfect in every way. Thank you! I definitely will recommend them, and come back.

Staffing are not knowledgeable and they have really bad swing moods. One second they are friendly and the next time they are super rude.

Me and my family were on our way to go swimming at the resort we were staying at and the screw came out of the arm of my glasses. We went to Target optical and Anna was so amazing, fast and friendly and had us out the door in 5 minutes with no charge. We were quickly back to enjoying our vacation. It's people like her that make staying in Florida even that much better! Thank you Ana!

Came here with my fiancé for his eye appt and to pick out some frames. Everyone was sooo helpful and sweet. It was truly such a stress free experience for us!

Staff is very friendly but not very knowledgeable when it comes to FSA accounts, I don't blame then, I blame their managers for terrible training. Overall it's a decent place, expect a long wait even with a appointment. However I realised that the wait is long because the Doctor takes their time with each patient which isn't a bad thing

Appt was schedule for 4: 00 pm on 4/5/2019 around 3: 03 pm call the target optical department to comunícate that I was picking my kids to head over to the store a the associate Robert or Ana never told me that after 15 minutes late will be a cancel so I got at 4: 19pm and the associate Robert told me that I call and left a message at 4: 18 and the doctor refuse to take care of my son becaus I was late when nobody comunícate I believe that is not fair for me and my family to drive from Haines City and be left hanging like this.

Love it! Doctor Ms. Swati B. Patel was very attentive and friendly. The eye examine was like nothing I had before she was careful and ask questions to make sure she gave me the right eye prescription no rushing. The staff Ana was very friendly and attentive as well. Waited a week for my eye glasses and I'm so happy I came here I can see clearly! Great job Dr. Swati B. Patel appreciate you taking your time and getting me a perfect eyesight. I really recommend this place.

Update today 01/22 went back to target to let them know I was not happy with my glasses not because I couldn't see well because I personally didn't like the framed I chose. They did tell me I had 2 weeks to exchange my glasses and Ana was awesome! She told me pick something you really going to love and take your time.well I found the perfect eyewear and will be getting them in one week ; oh and they left me with the glasses I currently have until the new one comes in how awesome is that! I definitely recommend this optical place Love it! I'm a very happy and satisfied customer!
