I had an eye exam at Dr Whetstone’s office and he recommended that I go to the optical center inside the Target on Immokalee Rd. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to fill a prescription. Jessica greeted me and took my information and then told me to try on some of the sample frames while she checked on my insurance coverage. Jessica was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!

I have gone in there twice to get buy glasses and have been told both times they did not have an associate to do exactly that. The first time they did not have their normal doctor to sign off an order. I was told this after I took the time to get my new prescription. The second time I was told they did not have a normal associate who can process such orders after I had told him I already knew what I wanted and my new prescription. I would just like to purchase glasses.
I have been using this place for the last 10 years. It has been seemingly managed into a joke. Time to find somewhere else…

Worst optical that I’ve ever been. I had to take my son to another optical to get another prescription. If you care about vision, don’t go to this place.

I went in to have two pairs of outside sunglasses adjusted and Pamela greeted me and helped me promptly with ease. I really appreciated her kindness. I would definitely go back!

I want to say that Pamela at the optical department was extremely kind, patient, and although she had a busy day, she was so patient.
Thank you Pamela for being kind to us, and for helping my daughter with her prescription.

Even though it was busy in there, the staff did a really great job managing everyone. Once we went in and saw the Dr. He was really patient explaining everything to my daughter and I. Overall, a really great experience!

Dr. LeBlanc is great.
I visited last February and my eyes are much better. The prescription really worked.

I am very disappointed that she now relocated Cypress Parkway.

Just a very pleasant experience…Dr Hatchey was so easy to talk with…was very thorough, and took the time with me to explain where my vision was at now and what might be nec down the road…without trying to sell me the moon Lol Just a super nice guy that really seems to enjoy what he does. Don’t see that too often these days!

The wait is horrible. Very nice people but they need more employees. The female employee was doing everything, she needs a raise.

Excellent service and good selection of products! We appreciated the staff's suggestion that we use our vision care benefit for the sunglasses we were buying which saved us serious $$ that we wouldn't have thought of on our own.

What's frustrating for me is not being able to get service when I go to the store. There is always a long wait, which is okay. However, it's Pamela constantly asking myself, and other patrons to come again another day when she can service us better. The issue is that I do not live close. I cannot be popping in to Target daily hoping today will be better than another.

My eye appointment was in September, but ordering contact lenses was a nightmare. I went to the store several times. It's always, I'll take your number and call later to place your order. Later rarely ever comes.

After several trips, I finally placed my contact lenses order, but came back to place on order for eyeglasses. There was NO one that could help that day as there was NO licensed optometrist on staff. Other patrons whose orders were ready for pick up as the gentleman working that day said he could not assist.

Again, I return to place an order for eyeglasses. After much deliberation ans patience, I place an order. That was December 19th. I track the order online which shows that my order shipped on December 29th with an anticipated delivery date of January 3rd.

Today is January 11th. I've called the location and left messages that have gone unanswered. They never answer the phone at the location, ever. I call Target Optical Customer Service and would you believe, they are able to get Pamela on the phone.

They eventually inform me that my eyeglasses are not there. Okay. So where is the FedEx/UPS number so we can track them? From the customer side, we don't have that information. I've been told that Pamela is going to investigate and get back to me.

At this point, I've lost ALL faith ans confidence in the staff at this location.except for the optometrist, Dr. Hachey is phenomenal. However, it's the front of house staff that could benefit from customer service training.

Perhaps this location needs to hire more staff so that they can accommodate the volume of customers that they have.

Now I have to wait, some more, to see if anyone will ever get back to me. At this point, the eyeglasses are lost and I want my money back. I'm not sure what happens to the portion that my insurance company paid, but as for me, I want my money back.

In the future I'll be taking my business back to my original Optical, though while far away, operates far more efficiently than this location. I'm very disappointed with this service.

A hidden gem! With no knowledge of the “ eye doctor “ I booked an appointment because I was having an eye emergency. I got in the same day! I knew nothing about Target optical but I thought they could help. They did! The Doctor took me in and did an eye exam and gave me a diagnosis of my problem. He explained everything in depth and sent me on my way with meds and a good feeling about how to care for an eye infection.
I booked online and just filled out the new patient info when I arrived (out of courtesy 10 mins early) I will visit again just because they did such a good job.
