Excellent service, everyone was very warm and nice. The service was quick and I was very satisfied with the customer service. I was able to find a pair of glasses that fits my budget and my style.

Rick, the store manager, provided me with great. Took to listen to my concern and took care of my concern right away

My experience was great from start to finish. I was greeted upon arrival and assisted quickly. The doctor explained my new prescription in detail. Rick assisted me with choosing my frames that I love. I would highly recommend!

Today I had an appointment for an Vision Checkup@Dadeland Location and it was incredible amazing from the moment I arrived to Target Optical until I purchased my Computer Eyeglasses.
Dr Rodriguez was incredible smart and knowledgeable of my eye condition, explained about the scan I had to view about any disease within my body
Thanks to God only an small cataract not to worry now my corneas are good no glaucoma
I advised anyone to schedule an appointment at this location you will not regretted.

Rick at the front and Dr. Burke were great! Dr. Burke really took his time with me and explained the results of my exam. Rick helped me pick out some frames and contacts and made sure I got the best deal with target and my insurance. Definitely will be back:)

My experience at Target Optical was absolutely incredible! Dr. Burke was extremely thorough and explained so much along the way. Then I had the pleasure of sitting with Rick (the manager) who helped me choose my new glasses and also explained everything in detail with respect to the different options and lenses. Also picked out some really cool glasses which I can’t wait to wear. Lastly, Nicole and Shaneqa were also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Truly had an enjoyable experience!

The doctor and optical manager were awesome! The doctor was very thorough with my eye exam and overall health of my eyes. She was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my issues and concerns. Zero stars! Dr. Molino gave me the wrong eye glasses prescription. He switched my left eye with my right eye on the prescription. When I requested for an optometrist to check my eye, because I ended up getting an eye infection from the contacts sampled to me, optometrist wanted to charge me $200 for a follow up visit. Absurd!

They gave me an attitude about coming back in two weeks and hurrying up in order to get the discount for lenses, when in fact, I had a discount until Dec 2023. The least helpful, most unprofessional optometry place EVER!

Customer service is the best. The doctor that did the exam was very friendly and explicative. Will recomend attending here for your eye exams.
