Toby and his entire service team are second to none. Other dealers are really going in a different direction (helped my Dad with a service at a Ford dealer) with customer service. I am very unhappy with my last visit for routine 6 mos.service. Total bill 800+ with 500 + of it in labor charges? I was lured in with free tire rotation. As a new widow feel exorbitant charges. After 23 years of Yukons, I will look @ other makes of SUV’s.

Before we could even enter, the building, we were greeted by Mark who was waiting outside for customers. When we asked him what he was doing, he said that you can’t interact with customers behind a desk. He then presented as for the multiple options and connected us with the manager, Joe, who is also very efficient and professional. Turns out these guys are brothers, and the Clagg brothers at Tasca are great guys and exude trust. We bought a vehicle from them and the service was phenomenal, they kept their word, and most importantly, they delivered a great product.

A service engine light was on. This had been happening off and on for a week. It was coded re emissions issue. 1101. I went in for an oil change and they told me there was a problem that needed to be looked into but at a cost of $189 for the "diagnostic". I was stupid and agreed to it, 2 hours later I was told there was a problem with the catalytic converter that required replacement: $ 2400 or so. And they gave me a print out of the bill listing 3 codes. Nothing else. I could have gotten the same information for free at Advanced Auto Parts or Pepboys. So I feel ripped off, especially since the engine warning light has not lit up since then. I fixed the problem by adding some ATP gasoline treatment that cost $9.00. You should consider giving me a refund of the $189.after 6 years of being a loyal customer I feel cheated.
I was treated like royalty at TASCA Buick, GMC. Having previously bought 2 GMC SUV's, it was good to be back in the fold. The very efficient General Manager Steve, and my one-of-a-kind salesperson John Bruno took terrifically good care of me. The fitting piece of the puzzle was Rachel my Finance Mgr.who did an exceptional job to get all the necessary details worked on the loan to my satisfaction. Looking to continued exceptional service for the life of my Buick Cascada.

I have been coming to this dealership and dealing with Lenny DiMarco for years. I've had small things, along with larger service items dealt with. They are always fast and efficient. They get things done right the first time. Yes, you will always pay more at the dealership, but I feel the knowledge and state of the art equipment is worth it. They work on my 2018 GMC sierra that I bought new, as well as my 2015 Chevrolet traverse that I bought with 30k miles. Both have over 80k miles, and they have kept up with everything for me.
