I will never do business with this company or Pete Cohen again! It has been over two months since I have filed my taxes and I have yet to get my refund. Calls to both Pete and the office go unanswered. I visited the office and it is closed.

If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. I have had the WORST experience with this company this year. Im not sure if they need to hire more employees but the lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and unprofessional. It took me months to even get a response in regards to filing my taxes. After constantly calling and emailing, I finally received information. Now fast forward months later I still have not received my taxes (although this is out of the control of the tax company and solely an issue with the IRS), I am now receiving an invoice stating if I do not receive my taxes by a certain date they will automatically debit funds from my account. Please note such transaction WAS NOT authorized by me and my account information was provided to Taxez Taxez Taxez for the sole purpose of the Internal Revenue Service to deposit my tax refund directly into my bank account and to complete the Refund Transfer Fee as indicated in signed documents with Taxez Taxez Taxez. I will NEVER work with this company/Pete Cohen again. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!
