I used this car service company because I was leaving on A very early morning flight out of Naples FL. Booking process was extremely easy and prompt. The driver arrived a few minutes early and was attentive. Got to the airport in no time and the ride was smooth. Will use again and will definitely recommend to others. Thank you! I submitted an online late night request for a 5 am transport to RSW. Because I submitted so late I did not get a confirmation so I called at 4: 45 am to double check the reservation. Despite my late booking they were able to find my online request and were able to make it work! I was picked up by a nice driver in a super clean and nice SUV. Just try to book your rides with more notice than I did! I was very grateful they made it happen despite my last min booking… and I made my flight!

This will probably be one of my most in-depth reviews I've ever done. I was supposed to travel out of town on a Thursday and come back to my home on a Sunday my taxi cab I ordered never showed so I had to drive to the airport I quickly hired a car service online called taxi Pam in the fort Myers Florida area. I was very nervous the owner husband and wife team kept in constant contact with me during my trip with confirmations and updates about my flight I can't say enough about the car service and I've traveled all around the world and have had many car services around the world this was the best customer experience not just in business but in the car service and car hire world I've ever had thank you so so much for keeping me calm even coming 20 minutes early. I wouldn't hire anybody else and it was very interesting the owner mentioned that they do do cross-country trips all over the country if you're reading this and anywhere in the country USA higher this car service if you can. Make this your default transportation firm. We have been using Taxi Pam for 3+ years. The level of personal service is unparalleled. Each trip is pleasant and predictable with the car typically arriving 15-20 min in advance of the requested departure time.

We have had family, clients and guests arrive or depart from Punta Gorda, Ft Meyers, Miami, Tampa, Ft Lauderdale in groups and as individuals without incident and more often then not I receive an unsolicited positive comment about the experience.

One notable experience found us frantic missing my sons passport with a Miami departure and my daughter having to make the flight for work. A second car arrived to take myself and daughter to Miami while the first waited and assisted searching through luggage. When the passport was found my wife and son were quickly and safely delivered to Miami and made the flight! Having a firm local enough to care but with deep resources to call upon when needed makes Taxi Pam ideal for our lifestyle. I highly recommend this firm.

Very good service. On time and very reliable service. I had a 3h30 am pickup and was septicle about getting someone on time. Big surprise, I received 30 minutes in advance a text from the dispatch and another one when the driver was outside. Highly recommended

This company saved us! Our original cab from a different company did not show up at 4am. We frantically called other companies and all were closed except this one. They got us right away and got us to the airport on time! He even stopped at a gas station for us so we could throw out our garbage from our home. This was an amazing company! We will definitely use them in the future!

Though the name is Taxi Pam (“Pam” by the way in Haitian means “the best it can be”), this is a high-quality, professional black car service. Clean, late-model cars, professional drivers in appearance and conduct, and competitively priced. All necessary safety and cleaning measures are taken to protect drivers and customers, including plexiglass dividers between the drivers and rear passenger compartment. Taxi Pam Car Service receives my highest recommendation and endorsement.

Very good service. I have been using Pam Car Service limousine for the past 7 years and always happy about everything. The cars are very clean and comfortable. The drivers are excellent, right on time, even when I had a 3: 30 AM airport pickup.

We recently went on a trip with two of our friends and used Taxi Pam & Car Service to get to and from the airport. First of all, I called about 10-15 places to price out and Taxi Pam Car Service had the best price! (There was actually 3 other limo companies with the same price, but they were so nice on the phone, I decided to just go with them!)

The driver arrived very promptly and was very helpful with all of our bags (and there was a ton!). He was a very nice driver and had stocked the back with bottled Fiji water.

When we arrived, our flights were VERY delayed and we were stuck. I called the limo company to let them know and they had already check in on our flight and were aware of the delays! I was surprised as I have used limo companies before and this has not been the case!

Once we arrived and got our bags we called them and they were on the curb to meet us about 3 minutes later.

It was a very seamless process and made the hectic travel days more pleasant! Highly Recommended.
