We waited for hours as did other guests and no one showed up to give us an umbrella or a chair.

Just returned from a 10 day trip to TI. Rented a cabana for all 10 days. Jonny Beach set us up each morning with a smile and great conversation. He went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of each day. Thank you Jonny for the great service and memories.

Nicest people in the world. They gave my friend a ride back to the hotel when he had too much sun. The cabanas were great they kept the reflective rays down so you didn't get sunburn. Great experience, Sam took good care of us and i watched her help carry beach goers stuff to a cabana. I would rent again and again here.

We really enjoyed having some shade on the beach thanks to Taylor’s Beach Service. Chuck was very friendly and got us set up quickly. Great value for money!

We heard that the cabanas go fast, so we showed up around 8am, and went to the water. Jack set our cabana up around 845am, and he was really nice. He explained the prices and we paid cash. We rented the cabana for the entire day so we came back in the afternoon, 5pm or so. Jack stopped by around 530pm asking if we're leaving by 6 or looking to stay a bit longer. We asked if we could stay a bit longer, and he showed me how to lock the cabana up.

Hello my name is Melanie and I was approached by one of your beach reps to purchase a cabana. When I was last here I was able to make payment by zelle with someone in the business named Micheal. The other person who came was a women she refused to give me her name. She told me you guys only took cash and that she does no have venmo, zelle, cash app any of those options. I tried working with her and she said she didn’t have time for this and walked away. Very disrespectful. She came back again and told me that the owner was not answering the phone. I did not have cash so she did tell me the owner has venmo but that he did not answer the phone. She kept saying it’s $20 I don’t see what the issue is. And I told her I’m trying to set up venmo to be able to pay. She got aggressive and said that she did not have Venmo and so at this point I started to record her since she kept ignoring the fact I kept asking for her name. She asked for my name and I told her my name because why not? I gave her my name and she used my name and stated it was hers. I want to speak to the business owner as soon as possible because at this point this is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She proceeded to take a video of me on her phone when I told her not to. I want a call as soon as possible regarding her behavior I am not the only one who has experienced this. I have sent an email with my information.

Accidentally took employees cabana. Didn’t see the do not sit sign. When employee came was super nice and genuine and let us continue to rent the cabana. I paid right away. I got here around 3pm and stayed till 5. Awesome guest/customer put first experience.
