15I have been with TD Bank for many years. However this branch (4475 Weston Road, Weston, FL 33331) is just terrible and has extremely unprofessional service. I had an appointment, arrived a little late and was told that I had missed my slot. All we had to do was sign a form that was worked out the previous week. The manager, didnt catch his name, was clearly not doing anything in there as I was watching him through the glass and there were no other customers inside. But I guess playing candy crush or whatever is more important than keeping loyal customers. Now they refuse to answer my call to the branch? Are you kidding me! Goodbye TD, I'm headed across the street.
This bank is the worst! Not just this location but the bank itself - If there was a rating less than 1 star; it belongs to them! Their Fraud Dept put a "no check hold" on my account due to a simple error; yet I spent 26 days trying to find the error and paying fees to vendors for the transaction (s) that were denied for no reason. My balance just sat there for them to use! Meanwhile I could not make a purchase, use my ATM card, they wiped out by Bill Pay set-up and wouldn't allow Zelle or other transfer transactions either. I had an appt to visit the branch with required paperwork proof to release the hold (after over 20 days of conversing with them) and the day I went they were "closed due to an emergency" but yet never canceled my appointment. They also didn't follow my needed instructions to fix a transaction they messed up before closing my account. In short I had to do that and now I have another vendor claiming that the payment never went through (after the account is now closed) even though the bank shorted my check by that amount before closing the account! In short their mistake, their lack of customer service and/or concern is astonishing. Shame on you TD Bank!
Terrible management. Where this guy is coming from? Went on 3/27/20 and rudely (no even asking as a professionsl) asked WHAT I WANT, YOU HAVE TO GO TO DRIVETHRU OTHERWISE GO TO OTHER BRUNCH. Besides, Inept cashier dont ask (from wthdraw), How want the bills. And gave money without counting in front of me. Would like to see improvement but doubt it. When come back if see same people, will close my account
I have never people more incompetent than these fools. Making us wait until closing time to tell us that they will not see us. They told me that when I asked, and not because they cared to mention their procedure. I would not hire that person working on Sunday Jan12,2020 from the Weston agency. They do no care about people!
I’ve been dealing with Td Bank for about 3 years and honestly this is the most unwelcoming location i have ever been to. Poor customer service skills and poor management.
I will be closing my account due to this experience. You would think a bank store manager would have the best exceptional customer service skills but sometimes you just have to think differently.
Further reading the reviews on this location, it all makes sense, Manager Gerardo Belliard took over about 1 year half ago and since then all you read about is poor service at this location because of management.

This bank is terrible, very slow service. While access is great, they often are understaffed, failing equipment (debit card replacement) and overall not great. My company has banked here for years, and finally have started to move our business. Don’t fall for the 7 days a week, it’s not worth all the frustration.
Not sure what has happened to TD bank but customer service has really gone south. Cannot reach anyone using the main # for technical support 40 min each time a call without anyone picking up the phone. Local office sat in lobby with 2 employees talking. They looked at the people sitting in the lobby. I walked out. Time to move on I say
She made me wait for 15 mins for just a stamp to notarize my signature and then let someone else cut the line after that, terrible customer service
Since they changed management it is a disaster! Considering taking business account somewhere else! Rude manager!
Jasmine has to be one of the best bank tellers I’ve ever encountered. She’s very sweet, accommodating and personable. She gives TD bank a very home-like feeling while remaining professional. She is definitely an asset to TD bank!
Cant even tell you how horrible they are. Do yourself a favor and find another Financial institute to use their service is despicable
This is a great bank. It has very convenient hours of operations, open seven days a week. They do have safety deposit boxes and an ATM. The only drawbqck I see, is that sometimes they are short staffed and the wait can be a bit long.
Love this place.it has been here forever but the service never changes. ANA is amazing she is so patient and knowledgeable. The teller are always fast and accurate and noone is ever pushy or trying to sell me a million products.
This TD location is probably the best in broward all who work there are great, it's our preference to go there. Thanx TD
If I could give no stars I would. Stacie is on a power trip along with her fat red headed manager. Been inside several times both are unhelpful and rude.
