TD Bank, Miami Shores FL

This is beyond ridiculous guys this branch zero customer service, everyone is rude and talking to you like you don’t bring business I’m done.

Awful. They closed my account while I was in desperate need of funds. I pleaded and they closed account anyways.
STAY AWAY. BAD BUSINESS.

Pathetic excuse for a bank. Bank is closed for walk-ins Only one or two drive-thru tellers open. 25 to 30 minutes to get service.

I went in here to get a withdrawal and pay a past due account
The Haitian rep told me, I’m not able to take money out my savings account and that I can pay for my past due account but I can’t reopen it, I left and went to the 125th & Biscayne location and they gave me my money FROM MY AVAILABLE ACCOUNT & I was able to repay my past due and reopen without any problem.
I don’t know what the guy problem was but he shouldn’t be working at this time of crisis that people will need money for emergencies without even them a hassle or thinking someone Is doing fraud. He shouldn’t be there running people away

Worst bank ever unprofessional, bad customer service expect to wait 1 hr to see the representative

I want to start off by saying that I have been to this location on several occasions over the last few months.
Parking has never been an issue and it's free.
There is a greeter at the door which I found to be quite nice, something not present anywhere these days.
The staff have consistantly been polite and are all knowledgeable about TD products.
There is a drive through ATM - which is very convenient, only down side is that there is also a drive up window in front of it, so if someone is at the window you have to wait.
This has become my go to branch and I highly recommend them.

Received great service from Nicole who is courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable about bank's products. Left with a good impression of the TD bank which is quite the opposite from the poor service I had experienced earlier that same day at Wells Fargo's Miami Shores' branch.

Slow service, Very slow. Do not go there if you are in a rush. I think it is time to change bank.

I love td bank I hate this branch. Waited over 15 minutes at a branch with no air conditioning to deposit one check.

Excellent Management, Excellent Employees, Excellent Service, and Always Greeted with a Smile no matter how busy they are:) I left Bank of America and Chase Never looking back once I began my first banking experience with Nichole, Christiani, Juan, and Jose here at the Miami Shores Branch. If you are looking for a VIP banking experience that look no more.

Recently went for fraud. They just rushed me and sent me on my way. And I had to keep coming back because of info that they lacked to provide me on the first visit. Closest branch to my house with the worst customer service.

Waiting for an hour and the customer service personnel talking and having a family talk with a good looking girl!

They need more stuff. Almost everyday i do transation here but i have to wait minimum 20 min maximum 1 hour at drivethroug.

Worst service ever u want to be there for hours go there then go to one on 125 and Biscayne it if u are going to go in there and sit make sure your there when the door opens I can wait be this wait is outrageous I've called corporate no change

Great customer service, friendly staff but there very under staffed they need more people badly.

Hours of operations are very convinient but staff takes too much time to help customers. Probably need more staff. Been here for 35 min for a simple transaction

It's In A Good Area, Close Enough For Me But They Need More Staff. I Sat There For Like An Hour & A Half Just To Make An Account Yesterday & The Day Before. But their very helpful & friendly just Need more people to help because I'm tired of waiting & it only be like only one or two people in front of me
