TD Bank, West Palm Beach FL

‘Love TD bank but HATE this branch.
TD bank corporate really needs to clean house here.especially ‘head cashier’.

Joke and embarrassment running a branch like this one is ran.

Nandini tries to help but she can’t help so she tells me to call phone number that’s not how business is supposed to be run I told her I’d be writing this review so hey thanks for the opportunity

A had a bank teller (MAXINE) in the drive-through that came out and started talking to one of the tellers doing my deposit and started talking in a different language (creole i think) to her who looked right at me and then started laughing. Then she started talking to the 2nd teller in a different language and said the same thing. The teller looked up and then started laughing. All because I was wearing a trump 2020 mask. It's not very professional for your head teller to talk krapp about somebody's mask or that person. Very disappointed in this TD Bank location.

I was having issues with my account. Maxine and Vindini there at this branch were so helpful after I already dealt with 3 other branches that did absolutely nothing! They were very professional and courteous. The other branches said they would call me back and never did. But these 2 ladies, they were the first to ever call me back and my issue was resolved. Thank you both very much!

This is the first negative review I’ve ever given in my life but I felt the need to do so after my second horrific customer service experience with teller/branch manager, Maxine Russell.
The first time I was disregarded and treated poorly I forgave as I thought she might just be having a bad day however today after sitting in the drive thru and waiting my turn, I was told by her that I needed to go back thru the drive thru and wait again on the other aisle. There were 5 cars ahead of me in the other aisle and I had already waited. I was confused. I asked to speak to the manager at which time she stated she was one. I asked to speak to another and they sent a nice gentleman up who was happy to help me with my transaction.
Her behavior and attitude was absolutely rude and unnecessary. I request that this bank location review Ms Russell and her interaction and behavior with loyal customers bc I have never been treated so poorly by any teller before, ever. If this continues, I will certainly switch banks.

It’s my local bank branch near me and I’m very pleased with their service. I’ve been going there for about three plus years and have never had a problem.

The worst TD bank I’ve been to. I’ve been to TD Bank’s from New Jersey, to Philadelphia and this branch by FAR has the Laziest staff I’ve ever had to put with. “America’s most convenient bank”. Yea right. Your ATM machines barely operate. What a waste of space.

Went to get help to activate my mobile banking. Worked with the manager there an he was rude. Only assisted with the beginning of the process then left me at the desk by myself to finish the process alone. Would expect more from a manager at that location. Not happy

Love the bank and the hours but they are so slow. They need more people working. Expect to sit in the drige through for 20min even if your the only one there

Not very helpful rude and the teller manager needs to be more well trained not to smerk or laugh when people have a problem with there money in there account would recommed to get better training or new personnel

Worst branch of TD bank. Employees are arrogants, impolite, rude, manager can't not be found nowhere. Cashiers to busy doing nothing to help or serve you out! After 9 years of visiting different branches this is the worst. I will close my accounts and used a better bank! This review is for Okeechobee branch.

Horrible customer service a fat, bold with 3 dark hairs in her head Indian looking woman so arrogant, ugly way of talking to a customer, wouldn’t help me with my issue and talked to me in a very disrespectful way.

Opened my account here.then The first mobile deposit from my work pay check I made got a 10 day hold.that's an extra 10 days I cant access my money! I'm a new customer here and my first experience is this. Very unhappy and I'm considering switching banks after this hold is over. I cant afford this. I have bills that need to be paid. It's my money.

Yesterday I went to this bank to open a new account. I had reservations because of the reviews but boyyyy are they wrong! I was greeted initially by the guard who smiled and welcomed me. He held the door for me as well. I walked up to the teller. I didn't catch her name but she had cornrows and she was super sweet and told me to have a seat so that a representative will assist me in opening a new acct. I thanked her and proceed to the waiting chairs. Literally before my butt could touch the chair, I was called by a representative who was super sweet as well. I noticed her name tag. Parryn. I love her! Long story short. I successfully opened 2 new accts. I'm the type of person who usually ask a dozen questions to make sure that I fully understand what I'm getting into but Parryn did such a great job explaining everything that I was literally speechless. Exceptional customer service. I love this branch! Thanks again to everyone who made my experience great!

Nandini Ganesh is awesome! Nandini is the epitome of customer service. This amazing woman did what ever it took to help me with my account. We were back and forth on the 1-800 number for two whole hours and she didn't give up until my issues were resolved. She's amazing and NEEDS A RAISE! GREAT JOB Nandini

I admit I got there a few minutes before closing on Saturday, staff decided to completely ignore drive thru and once I explained that I was waiting in line before closing, was met with rude staff. Typical seeing other reviews now. Bank somewhere else, not only do you give them your hard-earned money but you're met with an attitude when you just trying to do business thanks TD Bank!

Worst customer service ever. They were terrible in assisting me with help on my irs check. They said it was fraud when clearly it was an irs refund check. Not to mention they sent me to the fraud department who sent me back to them and back and forth and so on and so on. I've never in my life had to wait almost 3 weeks just to get my money from my check. Im closing my account down and never working with Td bank again. Just terrible

Categorically the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a lifetime of working with banks. Every visit takes minimum 1 hour because of inept service reps. It's like the requirement is to be both stupid and slow to work here. I am closing my accounts.

Wonderful people, very friendly and always willing to help no matter how long it takes or how tedious the task. Would definitely recommend this branch!
