21Their idea of performing everyday customer service thru the drive up window is not working.they need to find a better way.
THEY WILL STEAL YOU'RE MONEY IF YOU'RE NOT CAREFUL. IT WASN'T NOTHING BUT 60 SOMETHING DOLLARS AND IT MAGICALLY DISAPPEARED WHEN MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED. FROM WHAT I WAS TOLD BY THE BANK WAS THE MONEY LEFT IN THE ACCOUNT WILL BE MAILED IN FORM OF A CHECK TO MY RESIDENTS. IT'S BEEN FIVE FULL MONTHS AND NOTHING YET. MORAL OF THE MESSAGE IS. IF THEY STEAL FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS A FEW DOLLARS IN THERE ACCOUNT IMAGINE THE MONEY THEY STEAL FROM THOSE WHO HAVE THOUSANDS OR MORE INSIDE THERE ACCOUNT.

After waiting for almost 20 minutes in line for a simple card replacement. I was told by Ms. Waunita Grant to stand aside (with no regard to the time I already spent in line) and wait for customer service to assist me, whom was already previously occupied with opening new accounts. After about another 15 minutes maybe 5 customers were serviced in the line and customer service still did not take any new customers. I then expressed my dissatisfaction to Mr. Nick, who was very pleasant and eager to please. Less than 5 minutes, Nick called me and completed my card replacement transaction, Which took less than 5 MINUTES! This was completely unacceptable on Ms Waunita part. Take care of your customers and be more helpful next time. NICK, on the other hand, YOU WERE GREAT! THANK YOU for your service.

Worst customer service! They lied to me and said you had to be a banking customer for notary services. Called customer service and they said that was not true!
I have to thank Mr Palacios, the branch manager for helping me out during my crisis. He totally understood my genuine issue and did whatever was within his capability to help me out. Thank you!
TD back is a ripoff, this bank is not to be trusted. They will make up fees and things to take your money then say there is nothing they can do about it. TD bank is out to steal your money. DO NOT TRUST THEM. We are closing out account with the BANK ASAP. This bank is TRASH.
AWWWWWFULLLL. LONG LINES ALWAYS. CERTAINLY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR TIME IS NOT IMPORTANT. WAITING 30 MINUTES + ALWAYS. NO PARKING AND UNDERSTAFFED. NOTHING SPECIAL HERE.
The slowest Td bank.no sense of urgency and one teller with long lines. Literally have 3 at their desk doing what but stare at their monitors. They don't ever have access to change right away. They really need to accommodate and have a business line for local businesses. This is the only bank I know who doesn't give change through a drive thru.
Another 1 star rating would make it 0 if I could. 5 months after the last 1 star rating, and TD has continued to not take care of their customers, be inconvenient, and the complaints can go on and on.deaf ears with the company. Power in our hands, taking my money to other institutions. Goodbye and good riddens to TD bank.
This is the worst place in life you can ever go to you might as well have dogs help you because they are smarter AVOID this Place at all costs

If I could rate this location less than one star for this location I would. I spent almost an hours waiting for a banker, it seems as though they are short hand on help. There was only one teller present and the lines got long she would work do her best and she was very pleasant.
If I could give a rating below a 1 I would. I had always heard about TD Bank and how friendly they were and how customer friendly. NOT at this branch. I have had nothing but trouble with them. The staff is slow and the parking is terrible. The staff is so unfriendly. They hold their mobile deposits for unreasonable amounts of time, particularly since it's a payroll account they have already verified. The several times I've called them, they have been unhelpful. Today, the person hung up on me when I asked if they cared at all about their customers. Guess not. Do not go here. Take your money elsewhere
Always long waits. Most of the time only one teller. If you can avoid this branch -do yourself a favor
The employees here have helped me tremendously. When I was fighting a dispute they were always happy to answer my questions, sit down with me and take my calls. They helped me to win the case sooner than anticipated. I wish they still had their old hours (some TD banks were open until 8 PM) it was very convenient but otherwise, good bank, nice people!
Had a small business account for 5 years. Late last year I received a call from TD advising of suspected fraud. I returned their call, got details from the rep including details about the store number for each transaction (no way I would have that info without speaking to a rep). I contacted each store with the info I received. Got the police involved. Found the suspect (who is being prosecuted currently). Got a letter in Feb stating that I owe TD bank to my surprise and my account was closed over a month of trying to call and speak to someone via phone (with dropped calls after long wait), I was finally able to speak to someone last week. Apparently the rep made no notes of the fraud did not tell me to fill out a particular form by TD and now the fraudulent transactions led to the account being overdrafted and ultimately closed. Went to this branch per the directive of the phone rep. Offered to give the police report. Let us just say it has been a tug of war between the branch, the collections department and the fraud department. EVERY SINGLE TIME I am told to call collections, collections tells me to call fraud then fraud would tell me they cannot help and that I need to personally go into the branch. The branch would then tell me to contact collections. It has been a non ending battle for something easily proven. What a nightmare. Needless to say I am getting another business account elsewhere.
I Can’t stand TD bank! I can not even get into detail about it because its driving me insane. I’ve banked with them for about 6yrs now and now i’m done.
