TD Bank, Miami FL

Fast, and much more efficient than other Banks. Exec was knowledgeable, friendly and helped me set up everything without issues.

I went to open a new account as an existing customer during my lunch break. I sat and waited for an hour without being attended to. The guy ahead of me left, bought food, came back, ate his food in the bank and still had to wait. I had to leave and go back to work without even talking with anyone. I will not be back to this branch.

This is an excellent bank with very accommodating staff. Efficient service and even when they’re busy they maintain a firm control over lines and customer service. In particular, Paul and Jordan provide exemplary service.

Worst Td branch ever, but bankers has nothing to do with it since Td doesn’t have enough branch around brickell area! You can wait up an hour to sit down with personal banker! Good luck

Maybe it's me but if I show you my Florida ID. Valid Florida ID with my personal TD bank card, with my NAME on it. Then to be asked security question is mind blowing. The ATM doesnt ask any question. I dont appreciate being ask my social security number. This isn't the first time it happen. This is my money and I want it fast. I dont recommend this bank to anyone thinking on getting it. I'll be closing my account very soon.

Associates are very accommodating and nice people to work with. The waiting time for transactions can be anywhere from 0 to 20 minutes. The waiting time for wires and card replacement ranges from 5 to 35 minutes. The environment is friendly rather than formal.

The slowest service ever!
Not very business friendly, especially if you want to do online banking. Slow and cumbersome.

TD Banks are a good choice, great hours, open on weekends and for the most part always helpful. Nice pens.

For business needs this bank is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. It's always far too busy, understaffed with only one person able to handle business, and absurd waits. They will gladly have you take a seat for 2 hours only to tell you that they can't help you after you call several times to verify and ask in person before waiting. I would like to add that Paul Grant the Assistant Store Manager is extremely arrogant and loves to waste time of both yours and TD's

I just moved back to USA and Brickell is my nearest bank location. Customer service was terrible (not tellers! Tellers are excellent). I made a deposit and was trying to replace my debit card. They wld keep asking me for my foreigh passport - after I gave them my US social security number and I thought it was the desk guy, but when I asked the manager, he was even worst. I can't understand how such a good bank can have such unhelpful staff running a bank.
