TD Bank, Miami Beach FL

This store has the door open at the ATMs so any people and homeless get into the ATMs just to hang out for the AC. It looks really bad, and make Me feel unsafe, the bank should be more careful about this.

THIS IS MY 1ST REVIEW ON HERE BUT I THINK EVERYONE SUCCESSFUL BLACK MEN SHOULD KNOW THIS IF YOU ARE GOING IN FOR ACCOUNT PROBLEMS OR TO CLEAR CHECK DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK OR DEPOSIT ANY CHECK HIGHER THAN 1000 DOLLARS THE SPANISH WOMEN IN THERE A VERY RACIST AND JUDGEMENT ESPECIALLY THE BLOND HAIRED ONE NAMED ELIZABETH IS HER NAME

I do not see the convenience of a bank saying they are America's most convenient bank if they aren't convenient. There is always an issue here when I go here and speak to a clerk. I went in last week for a paper to be notarized and the clerk told me I have to come back on a weekday before 4pm because the person that does the notarizing leaves at 4pm. I go there today and there is no one there to notarize my papers. To begin I had to ask her god the schedule of the person who does the notarizing instead of the information being voluntarily told to me. They lack knowledge within this TD Bank. Which is bad for business. When you ask certain questions they either don't have a response that is knowledgeable or they are unaware.

Stay far away from TD bank. You can expect LONG wait times, homeless outside the bank begging for money and a very corrupt system inside. I was treated very poorly by Laritza when I was charged over 600 dollars in overdraft fees.

These people simply do not care about you. Go to Bank of america its much better.

I needed to know the exchange rate since I wanted to convert euros to dollars. There was a line and two associates taking care of the customers. I walked to a desk where an associate was sitting and probably doing nothing and explained the situation kindly asking her what the exchange rate was. She told me that there were exchange offices nearby. When I told her that I wanted to compare the rates before I convert the money she told me to wait on the line so they could help me. I had to wait about 20 minutes in the line for a 3 minutes thing. If the same situation happened on the Brickell branch where I usually go anybody that was free would have helped me. I was simply disappointed by how the lady denied to help me.

Used to provide the best service ever. Now it is like any other uncaring bank. It is a downward spiral and there is absolutely no effective management presence. Either they have transferred some personnel around or they have quit. I had a few issues with corporate lately and they are even worse.

The costumer service is amazing very welcoming. All the tellers go beyond when it comes to assist someone.

Great location and stuff, if you need an USA banking account they can help you no matter where you are from.

I went yesterday to make a cash deposit, their system isn't working "please sir feel free to have a seat and wait, our systems will be running again shortly" few minutes later "come back again tommorow sir" i was there at opening time for what? Pathetic service

Be aware td bank is Thiefs this is the theft bank they will steal your money from you and say thank you have a nice day.

TD Bank is a shame! Waited 20 mins just for them to call someone on the phone and Jaime and Marta at the Arthur Godfrey worst bankers ever

Worst bank, guaranteed. Horrible online account access, 30+ minutes wait time for costumer service!
