TD Bank, Boynton Beach FL

This branch is so unprofessional. I went to order cash from my line of credit to buy a car (in cash) - the tellers kept me for 30 questions asking me why I am using cash, how do I know its a good car, do you trust this person you are buying from, you shouldn't use strangers from OfferUp, why don't I do payments. I did not go in for financial advise, nor to negotiate taking my own money out of the bank. I did not go to the bank for a car loan either. Went back on the Monday to talk to a banker to order the cash - same thing, why cash (really? Never got a deal paying cash for a car?). I get they have to ask, but they push so hard, I was offered a car loan about 6 times in 15min (not including my first visit). Location is convenient but I won't be back to this branch if I can avoid it. They will waste your time just to try to sell you a new loan you don't want. I mentioned to the manager when she was placing the order, who tried to offer me a car loan.

Felt neglected. Waited in line for 30 min for a simple withdrawal. They even helped someone behind me before they helped me. Felt invisible.

Great Customer service. I love coming to this branch, because I always receive answers about any concerns I may have.

I had the best experience with TD Bank, I had some issues with my account I went to 2 different branches nobody can tell me what was going on with my account until I came to this branch I met Ms. Anita. She took her time to find out where the problem came from. Ms Anita is the best. I would recommend TD BANK to anybody's friends or family.

I didn’t have an account but smiley tellers accommodate my request for a roll off quarters next thing I open one because tellers were very nice. Well done!
