16Staff at this location are the MOST helpful and kind individuals. Shout out to the girl we sat down with at the desk, the manager who was there today, the girl who answered our phone call (sorry really bad with names) and Tiffany. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get what we needed.
Associates lie to customers. Long wait times. Associates that don’t know what they’re doing. Leaving this bank for BOA.
Went in today to open an bank account and Jared.he was excellent and very knowledgeable I give that guy 100%
Just walked into this location after being advised twice come in over the phone so I can set up my TD App. When I walked in I asked Cathy McDonough if she could help me. She then told me to have a seat I mentioned I was in a bit of a hurry and I was told to stop right in moments ago. After being seated in the lobby I called the location I was sitting in just to make sure the assistant manager was here since we just spoke. Cathy picked up the phone she listen to my question and said, "I can see you in the lobby talking to me on your phone, i just told you to wait, " then says OMG and hangs up on me. I approached the line standing 15 ft away from her with another guest in between us standing in line, and said I could hear her and not be rude she then told me she was scared of me and to go sit down in the lobby because I'm scaring her. I felt profiled and completely disregarded there is no reason for her to feel so confident in her conviction I'm not sure if she felt like she was at home or what but when you're at work you're supposed to represent your company and not showcase your implicit bias
At this point I've only been banking with you for a month and already I'm having a very unprofessional relationship. Honestly your staff has to do better. JARED overheard the conversation and quickly stepped in to avoid any further display on Cathy's behalf. Thank you to Jared for his help and consideration in the situation. There's no reason to tell a guest that they feel threatened when I never raised my voice and was standing at a significant distance and was standing at a significant distance simply calling her out on being crass. Time was wasted the scene was made and all of this could have been avoided.
For 2 days I've been trying to dispute a charge on my credit card. It is impossible to get to the dispute claims department. I even went inside the bank for them to help. Jared was nice and did all he can. Him and I sat there for over a hour trying to get to the dispute claims department. We were on hold the whole time and the they hung up even on him.
Tiffany great service and attitude we gotta keep the great service and Jessica for helping me online banking great people
Staff is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They made it so smooth dealing with Canadian funds. Highly recommend.
Linda was so knowledgeable, she helped 2 days ago and she remembered me so came over ro say hello. It feels good.

These people are so nice and accommodating, it was really pleasant just coming in to make a deposit it’s nice to see some smiling faces a lot of these bad reviews are just bitter old people lol
What 20 minutes the 25 minutes to go put money into a bank account for my daughter who desperately need it some money and could not do it because this bank's computers were down not a happy camper
This bank is not convenient at all. 25 dollar maintenance fee? Banks need to stop preying on low income people.
Did not clearly mark closures, lobby, signage for hidden drive thru, etc during covid crisis. Did not change phone service or site to help customers. Protected themselves by closing & locking themselves in lobby but did ZERO to protect or help customers. While locked in they didnt answer phones & let drive thru pile up with extremely long waits & few workers.
Fyi customers- this bank couldnt care less about you. In an emergency they barricade inside & leave you to die outside.
Convenient location and good hours, but sometimes I have to wait for a cashier, even w/ only 1 or 2 ahead of me
Four chairs for the waiting area and 56 minutes waiting standing till I just walked out wasting my time and still did not get to talk to anyone.
