This bank provides the worst banking experience of my life. I opened an account in Naples because TD in Canada is awesome. Incompetence at every turn. I am shopping for a new bank.

I had a great experience at this bank. Raimondo, the teller, was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He was excellent, and so were the managers. Great job!

If I could give 0 star I will, they don't care about customers. I did check in for more then an hour and an employee came to me she asked me if I tcheked in, I said yes, she said they don't see me in the system. I did tcheked in again and anybody else did not need to be checked in and they keep calling people in the line. They neve called me. I been waiting for more than 2 hours. I hate this bank. I just gonna close my account with you.

I don't know of any other bank that has people who are so willing to help you and make sure you have everything you need.

Highly recommend! Amanda, Darrel, Brittany, Dukens, Ryan and others always go above and beyond to help. I have been banking with them with my company for years now. I recently switched my personal account over with them over 6 months ago and I am very happy with that decision. I am always met with a smile and good conversation.

Every time I need to talk to somebody about paying my mortgage never answer the phone waited as long as an hour and a half never answer the phone is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen if they have phone service answer the phone if not didn’t say so and we can make arrangements to do it differently I would like to send this to the CEO maybe he don’t know what exactly is happening in customer service lost my check the last month For my mortgage payment now I have to get it straight I send it by mail thanks to the post office service is gone never went into the bank what a nightmare

Amanda is terrible in Customer Service people having bad experiences in TDBank on 5th Ave because of her, that’s for sure!

I’ve only been to this branch twice. So far everything has been smooth sailing. Tellers are very friendly and helpful. Parking is obsolete. Wish they offered a drive up. After reading some reviews on here I’m hesitant to go back!

DO NOT USE THIS BANK! Nightmare! They do not care about customers or the relationship. While our rep, Gianni, was very friendly when helping to set up the loan/account he has provided no assistance as we are trying to close out these accounts at TD Bank. We originally opened a business line of credit which was never used. In order to do so, you must open a bank account with them as well. The business line of credit was transferred to the bank account and not a penny was ever taken out of the account.but in order to close out the account we have had to pay $8000 in fees/interest. Additionally, it took us three trips to the branch in order to get a pay off.we were unable to remove the money from our bank account in order to close it but were.after thirty minutes, multiple phone calls and several forms later told we could use our own money from an outside bank account to pay off the original business loan but they were unable to get the money sitting in our TDBank account out! So essentially they’ve collected an additional $ from us to close out the business line of credit and still have our $ sitting in a bank account that they were unable to figure out how to return to us and close the account. Nightmare! Do Not Ever use this bank.

Brittany who works at the the desk is the worst. I don't know how she has a job. Unbelievable.
