TD Bank, Miami FL

If you are a new US resident with a Green Card and Social Security number, don't waste your time at this bank. This branch does not accept new residents with a Green Card less than 6 months after it was issued. If you want a bank account, take your business to another bank with nicer welcome policies. (W. The tellers in this location are absolutely clueless. The way they function is horrible, coming from someone that worked at a bank for years I have never seen such clueless tellers & such disorganization.

The worst branch I have stepped foot in, spent over an hour to make a deposit for a commercial account on a Sunday. The employees are lazzy, ruude, nastyy and filthy useless. What goes around comes around just remember that. I can’t wait to see the day that you and people like you will be replaced by robots.

Worst Td branch manager dosent care about their clients he was just texting someone else even coustumer support over the phone told me sorry for that branch actitudes this guy dosent even know what he’s working for I hope he truly understands to treat clients

Way better run branch than the Flagler branch we were in in our 10 min. Excellent customer service experience from start to finish!

The worse Bank ever, they are very slow like you have never been, literally i was like an hour in the drive throuhg and had to leave, very very unefficient

Very bad experience at this branch on Jul. 25.
Felt like their were not happy to work on a Saturday and even after talking to a manager on the drive thru they could not help.
For my surprise issue was taken care in less than 10 minutes in another branch, which just proves how ignorant this manager was.
No respect for customers, wish they could do something about this lady that calls herself a manager.
