5It is the worst Bank in the United States I made a personal loan I can never go make the payment because I work and today the person who always goes to pay did not take the payment that you must register your information with a license and all inclusive that is missing professionalism is paid.
There was only one bank teller there this morning but she was so nice and professional. I wish I remembered her name, long hair with braids.
THEY TREATED ME GREAT! I HAD A CHIP MALFUNCTION ON MY DEBIT CARD THEY WENT OUT OF THIER WAY TO PROCESS MY ATM TRANSACTION MANUALLY AND I HAVE TO GO TO GO BACK TODAY TO ACTUALLY LEAVE.
Staff were friendly and responsive at this location; they provided a solution to my problem. I need to follow up with them on that though.
Gayle with the bright purple hair (very unprofessional) just had absolutely no care in the world that she somehow "locked" my account and says "there's nothing I can do to help you". This place is callous and I wish I never chose to keep my money here
