I just entered this branch, 11 and 20 in the morning, they close at 2 in the afternoon, the custodian of today's day addressed us brusquely and told us that they were full, going to the tables that today could not serve anyone else, there were 6 people, I dare say that some of them came accompanied, in theory there would be 4 at most to speak with the representatives. He definitely coerced us to leave! We went with the aim of opening a bank account but from what we have seen we left.

A LOT OF DELAY, THEY PRIORITIZE OTHER PEOPLE WHO ARE AFTER ONE. I AM ACCOMPANYING A CUSTOMER OF THAT BANK. IT IS NOT MY BANK BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. ALMOST 2 HOURS TO ATTEND.

Worst I've seen in America. They ask me for documents to update my account, I present them at this branch long before the deadline and even so my account is closed, when I return to this place the man who attends me did not know what to do, that is, a week ago and not I have no answer and still the money that I had in the account is not doubled.

I went to this branch on Saturday at noon and the security man who thinks he owns the bank has the worst attitude I have ever seen in a bank branch, please educate him, teach him how to treat people. He is rude, impolite, pedantic. He didn't even let me speak.
