A shame that the operating system is not available for customers in my country
Why do they ask for a telephone verification for any procedure, even by telephone, and by not allowing having a telephone number registered that is not from the USA, any management is impossible?
Drive thru is the worse extremely slow horrible service the manager doesn’t do anything someone needs to do something
Not a good service. 3 people on counter and we have to wait to be helped. Only one teller helping people. Account already 4 months old and we have to wait 6 days for a check to be deposit. Not recommended.
Terrible attention I've been here for almost an hour and they haven't called anyone, only one is working and the other has been on the computer for two hours looking at it and they haven't called anyone it's a disaster this branch in the place has people waiting for three hours and nothing that calls them seems to me a lack of respect for the client
Personal in not professional. Not respect your time at all. Three bankers chatting with each other and customers waiting 25 minutes to be seen. 0 stars.
Today I went in the morning and the guy on the line took good care of me but the customer service guy kept walking and making time to go out for lunch. When it's my turn, after making me wait for 2 hours, he tells me that he has to go to lunch. A disaster, they made me waste my time and on top of that they did not solve anything for me. I will never go back to that branch

The worst branch ever. Every time I come people miserable, upset, 0 customer service.no smiles.instead the branch on Biscayne Blvd and 90th are the best.never again will come back
This TD bank is most horrible one, tellers are just slow and don’t care, the only bank my check was rejected, when to another TD bank which was bad too but at least cashed a check. When Hector was the manager here things were way diferent now is just lack of service to sad this is the only bank I can cash my payroll check if someone from corporate see this review please fix this customer service or just close this branch being a 2.6 rating means something
WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A LOCAL BRANCH # IF NO ONE EVET PICKS UP THE PHONE! I call the main 800 #s and they transfer to lical store and they cant get a REAL PERSON either! 2nd time our business cards are hacked and need to get new cards but dont want to drive over an hour unless someone will actually be at bank to issue new cards. BANKS HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, high fees, not at all conveinient hours.all the things TD BANK opened with, why we selected them, GONE. Fraud on all levels. Ready to find a credit union and PRIVACY COIN BANK. TD SUCKS!
I went to open an account with them and I had the worst service possible, they didn't even care that I had already reserved an account.
Personnel not too friendly (no hello's, no goodbye's, no how can I help you's) basic customer service knowledge. Dreaded dull face's constantly. Long waiting lines. Maybe someone from Corp will eventually check out the bad reviews, a 3.1 rating is very sad.

This bank USED to have a really good team back in 2018-19. Ever since their manager Hector left. This place has been HORRIBLE. Currently, the ATM is broken, they lie about the drive-thru mic not working (because they're so understaffed they can't take customers), and there is always a MASSIVE line to get anything done. It's impossible to run a business and use this bank. CORPORATE, YOU NEED TO COME HERE AND CLEAN HOUSE!
