TD Bank, Orlando FL

Very bad service - they are a total of 6 employees in the branch and no customers. Was asked to take a seat and wait for customer service. Just say abs waited while the lady on the customer sign up is just looking at the computer, the one behind in a desk just chit chatting away I guess with manager standing in front of his office. After 8 minutes of waiting be helped I stood up and looked at the manger and then the lady in the back sitting on her desk - someone then asked how can I help you. Extremely bad service - I walked out. Is this is what TD bank customer satisfaction like.

I’ve been waiting to get a new card for an hour and the lady is on the phone like that’s got to be a joke not even saying hi to the customer I’ve never been to a red bank and there service is this bad

. I like the way that they're open on Sundays when other banks are closed. I haven't had any trouble with them so far and I've been banking with them for about 4 or 5 years.

TD Bank left me high and dry and won't return funds that have been disputed now for almost 2 weeks and the money that is missing was verified as an error and I am still waiting for a refund. Horrible customer service and lack of compassion

I opened the account three weeks ago and decided to deposit my rent money at their ATM. For some reason the ATM gave me a forced deposit slip after it took my money. Long story short, the money didn't go to my account, I got a bounced check fee, a late rent fee and had to file an ATM dispute.it's been 5 days and the ATM dispute is still pending. I'm on the verge of eviction, thanks TD Bank! Moral of the story, don't bank with TD!

Haven't been a td banker long but I can say if your a student it's the best back account to have. I have a checking and a savings account and it's NO CHARGE! I also have direct deposit. I can get a hold of my money whenever I want.

Everytime I go there they are so courteous quick and efficient. It's further from my home so I opened an account at a bank near by, let me say they are awful, the machine always has no money the tellers are rude and it's always a super big line for no apparent reason. From now on I drive a little further. It's so worth it
