I have been banking with TD Bank for over a year and have been enrolled in the overdraft advance program (were at their discretion they will allow a transaction to be paid if I don't have the funds available (yes I am completely aware that I said AT THEIR DISCRETION
and understand what that means)
Since I joined the program in July, every transaction I have done without the available funds were paid by TD Bank
In fact I have been in the - $500 with no issues my direct deposit kicks in and
TD BANK gets paid. BUT on 12/24/2023
TD BANK did the most dirtiest thing possible a bank can do to a customer.
On the most important holiday they denied a transaction for $3.79 and every other one I tried that day as soon as my account reached 0.00 they gave me the finger and when I called customer service about it I was basically told FU
So does anyone know a good bank that cares about their customers. I'm done with TD BANk.
I’ve been sitting in the drive through with a simple deposit for 22 minutes. There was only one other car before me and they are still here too. Is there only one employee working?

SaMyra helped me open my account, she was super informative and knowledgeable about all the accounts and very nice. 10/10 for customer service from her
Went in to this branch interested in opening 2 accounts. I stepped in at 10 AM today (9/9/23). We were told that we needed an appointment. While they can assist walk in, appointments are better if wanting to be helped timely. So, we set an appointment for 2 hours after (12PM). Our appointment was with Chisomo Maluwa. So, went back at that time. This lady tells us “one account takes 45 minutes and we close at 1PM. I don’t know why they gave you the last time slot. ” So, my take was she was not willing to assist us with our two accounts due to her needing to be out at 1PM.
I told her “No, I am not coming back for the second account. We can’t get these now, then that’s it, I am leaving. ” Followed by taking our IDs and walking out. These folks totally discouraged us from opening accounts with them. Like not getting stuck is more important than customer service. What a first impression.
This didn’t passed us showing IDs to her immediately coming with that statement.
Absolutely no complaints. Staff there is always friendly and helpful. Especially Samyra. She always goes out of her way to make sure everything I need is taken care of.
Great staff! Have a business account with them since 2019. They are great service although over the years some have left TD bank.it sad to see them go like Amber. Daniel and Gabriella are still there. All and all they have always helped me.
They have very good service and are willing to assist you whenever you arrive. I love your service.
Amazing bank! Everyone is so friendly and so professional, Kevin is awesome he helped me out on everything I needed to be done he is very professional and well spoken and kind “he deserves a raise” blessings
