17Every time I walk into this location, I am greeted by a smile. The people who work there are always so kind and friendly. While some may think going to the bank is a hassle, I look forward to coming here every week solely due to the excellent customer service I have received.
Bank account and locker were closed in early 2022, why are we being harassed to pay for a locker returned to bank in April 2022?
Every time you walk in there there’s new faces with zero effort to help out.
The lady helped me last time with something was sitting in her office. She looked me in the eye and send someone to tell me that she is not available today.
I’ve been to many TD branches and this one is absolutely the worst.
Hey Manger, if you ever exist …. Try to do something about your service… at least train your staff to pretend to provide service.
Lazy and unwilling to help. Close this branch and have the ATM machine only because your employees are sitting chatting and not willing to provide service. Don’t believe me go check it out yourself
The service was excellent and fast. Thanks to Natali and Erin who were able to help me. The place very clean and organized.
Incredibly slow service. 3 tellers, 2 chatting amongst themselves, 1 slowly assisting some morbidly obese lady.

I have always gotten friendly, complete confidentiality service. This branch is short handed at times. Patience is the key. These days you cannot find anyone that has enough workers. Do not blame the bank, blame society!
WORST SERVICE EVER! The lady banker and the only guy banker was just TALKING to each other while we (customers) we’re waiting to be helped.asking each other what their going to eat…. Waited 40 mins to be helped and they were just sitting there giggling about their personal stuff…. And that guy banker has such an attitude…
Recently closed my account because shovon Williams, the associate, made things so difficult for me to even withdraw $1000 thru the drive thru. Kept making me rewrite my signature stating it wasn't a perfect match. I've never had difficulty with this. I was on the fence about this bank hut he Definitely made it easier to close my account.
The coworkers are very friendly and helpful but they charge a lot of fees

Don't bank there. They cashed a fraudulent check on my account with no id what so ever and we have been trying for 6 months to get our money back. The surcomstances of the fraud suggests it was an inside job. We ordered new checks and the forged check number was the first check in the new book. WE STILL HAVE THE BLANK CHECK.
Horrible branch full of lazy ppl they are not polite Either.they are acting like ' why u are here ' yesterday. I stopped by to open up a business account. The lady on the front said it is 4;30 to late to open up an account. Today I had an appointment at 3: 30 i was there at 3: 20 i have told to wait, at 3: 35 they call an other customer from the ppl already waiting? Around 3: 50 I left the bulding better I take my business somewhere else who is customer oriented. Drive cpl more miles and get better service not recommended at all.
This location is not well informed and play the blame game when they are called on it.
I have had to go to this location 3 times (working with Lucia and Maria) to sign the same paperwork for the same account. I did that three times and STILL was asked to come in again because of the lack of communication between them and another TD location. After signing for a third time.they said that there was YET another discrepancy with the paperwork and I would have to some in again to sign the papers again!
I also spoke with Lucia about potentially sponsoring a graduation dinner. She told me that she would have an answer for me by Friday (a week later). Then talk with Maria, today (4-28-2023) to ask about the status of the application. She tells me that sponsors are only considered a year out. I mentioned that Lucia said something different.
For Lucia and Maria being the managers of that location they really need retraining how things at TD should work.instead of tossing clients around
Typically in and out but waited over 30 minutes in the drive through for a simple deposit, once I got to the window I finished up quickly and they multitask for 10 min doing something else, maybe a one off experience but not happy with the slow drive through
The service in this Temple Terrace office is lousy, unprofessional, they do not treat people well, they make people wait for pleasure, the lady who speaks Spanish has a lousy character
My wife had an appointment and Maria let another customer go before her! She will be changing banks soon!
Do NOT bank with them! It’s 2023 and they won’t let you use their restroom due to covid-19. I’m paying member fees but I can’t use their bathroom. Outrageous! At this point in January 2023 it’s nothing but an excuse NOT to provide the convenience of a restroom in a public branch! As consumers, this should NOT be acceptable to any of us!
