TD Bank is usually an awesome bank. But this location has terrible service. The wait time just to do a withdrawal was roughly 50 mins. Only 3 persons was working, one handling customer service and 2 tellers. If you have to go somewhere and crunch for time don't go to this bank. BEWARE!
They need to hire more specialist. Waited 45 minutes and had to leave because the one specialist was helping a client.
I have been coming to this bank for about 3 years and every single time I go it’s an amazing experience. The staff is extremely helpful, personable and makes sure everything I need is taken care of. Highly recommend not only banking with TD but banking with this team in particular!
Garbage bank.got paid they said they would hold my first paycheck for a week going on a month still haven’t got my money I got paid 3 times since then and the same with thought checks I went in and asked to close my account they won’t let me until I get the money from my paycheck asked when that is they say another week ask y they say they have a hold on my check for a reason they can’t explain plus manager acts like she got better things to do horrible customer service I went to the one on sr 54
Great locale! Easy to get to and close to a great variety of shopping. The grounds are immaculate, and the building looks brand new.

I was treated so well and all the benefits brought me to them and looking at leaving bank of america and all there extra fees, this is a bank that cares!
