Very helpful and professional staff. Polite and patient with me. Helped me to setup a Canadian bank account and were very thorough to make sure my issues were fixed.

Unecessarily long check holds. Second time I've had a check held 6 business days for no reason except they can. They tour next day, but I'm the exception when I've never deposited a bad check. My nana past away and I received a inheritance check I need to use for her funeral and she has already been last for a month.now my family and I have to wait an additional 10 days to put her to rest because of the bank hold my funds on a cashier's check written by another bank. It would take a few mins to just call the issuing bank for verification, rather they hold the money hostage. I'm done with this bank in going to BBB because this is bad business practice.

Is the worst customer service I called the bank and I left hundreds of messages nobody got back with me I closed my account because this is the worst service they never return the call and the 800 customer service doesn't get you very disappointed

This bank is very friendly and professional. I was rushing there on a Saturday afternoon and trying to catch them in time, and when they realize that I was coming, they welcomed me with open arms right at closing time. I work in the service industry, and I do not always say service like this.

I am going to TD bank tomorrow to CLOSE a couple of accounts because their service is far from "Legendary" as they RIDICOUSLY refer to themselves. A truly good, serious bank would not use a statement like that

I travel abroad quite often most of the year, and their service is NON-EXISTING.

Now I am in the US, (family, Doctors, stuff)
I tried to LOG IN online, then the usual VERIFICATION routine. They send me the code to an old NON-EXISTING phone number but amazingly they DON'T GIVE you a way to UPDATE the phone number right there on same webpage - which MOST BANKS DO at this point - So that one can actually get their Verification Code and get access to my to account! (is that legendary service? Ha ha)

Out of options, I called CUSTOMER SERVICE. Most banks can fix the problem online and pretty soon you're inside your account. NOT WITH TD BANK, it turned out the person that was helping me could not get me access and she concluded I would have to come to one the TDB branches in person to get the problem FIXED. I was not very happy and so I told her, very well, since I will be there in person, that will give me the chance to close the two accounts I have with your bank. She said 'Oh no' and I said 'oh yes' (kind of funny). WHICH I WILL DO TOMORROW.

Another small example: since I travel often abroad, there isn't a way to leave a message - as with most banks - letting the bank KNOW where (Country, City, dates) I will be using their bank services from. MOST BANKS DO WANT THIS INFORMATION for security. But NOT with TDB. NO, there is not a way to leave a message like that with TDB. The explanation they gave me was, that the "system knows" where I am at all times and I should not have any problems using the cards etc.

In conclusion, I really never use this bank at all anymore. I have tried using the card abroad for online transactions in the U. S, and something happens along the way, the system just ignores the whole thing and I never I get to the point of concluding the transaction. Fortunately I actually have a truly serious, LEGENDARY SERVICE bank like Charles Schwab Bank, specially when you travel abroad. Yes, I would use the word "legendary" to refer to my experience with their service. Communication is great, you can contact the from anywhere and whatever little hiccups may come up, are solved very quickly and courteously. I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service. I arrived yesterday with my family almost 13 minutes before the Bank closed. Since I walked in, the person at the teller line greeted me and asked me how she could help me. She explained that the type of service I needed to do had to be with the Manager. She asked me to take a seat while the Manager finished assisting the clients he was with. Wow, 13 minutes before they closed and they were willing to assist me, I was already prepared to have to return another day because I didn't even have an appointment. The Store Manager Julio Marquez attended us very kindly and took the time to help us and even explain the products and benefits that his Bank offers. I was so impressed that he did not make us feel at any time that they almost had to close. I definitely recommend this Bank, excellent staff, very professional, I was impressed with the service. In my years in this country this is the second review that I write and I do it with great pleasure because I was impressed with the service. In almost any place that you go, either 15 minutes before they close (requesting any type of service) they send you back and you have to go the next day. Thanks to God that kind and helpful people exist.

This bank is awesome! The tellers and bank representatives are very nice and sooo helpful. Noe and Karol were amazing. Karol helped me set everything up and took time to show me everything.

Terrible bank, wasted my time being desperate for clients and ended up not helping me at all, definitely won’t recommend doing business or opening an account with them

Amazing Staff Lizzett is the best, so kind and breaks information down so I can understand exactly what's going on and the next best steps always a smile, the Branch Manager is the coolest I saw him giving them gifts to the employees! Awesome crew. No other Bank can't compare! I drive a little distance with other Banks down the street from my home I willingly drive to this location.

This bank charges a $10 fee for cashing out their OWN checks. No bank charges a fee for this. Only this garbage of a bank. Monst inconvenient bank of America. Yes

I've been banking with TD bank for years. I love the service. It's at a convenient location for me. There is always a Notary of the Republic (free to existing members) on site. They have a drive thru, ATM, and also an inside lobby at this location.

Convenient 7-day banking. Doesn't have as many locations in the Tampa Bay area as some of the bigger, well known U. S.banks (BofA, Well Fargo, Chase, etc.), but I've never had difficulty finding an ATM when I needed one.
Excellent customer service every time I've never needed actual face-to-face help.

While the people may be friendly, the bank is the worst. They are not here to help customers in any way. They will gladly say "no" with a smile. Stay away. There are much more useful regional and local banks that are in business to assist small business owners. Not TD.

I absolutely love this branch! I’m always welcomed with warm smiles and friendly people. Sandy has been absolutely phenomenal to work with over the last couple weeks. She is such a hard worker and went the extra mile to get all my issues resolved! I will always refer people to her!
