7I love this bank because its investment to our community always includes our children. How best to introduce a new student council to money management than with the bank Vice President. The down home, welcoming, and caring introduction explains the direction of your life begins with knowing your money matters. When you know that your future is then guided by you taking control of your life using your education to acquire the needed income and using a team to help you manage that money. I cannot say thank you enough for this presentation. How many young people have that experience with the Vice President be complimented by a special visit from the branch President on her off day to say hello. It's an empowering sense of worth and it demonstrates that the village is the community; its citizens, neighbors, businesses, and its bank. Thank you!
Why do this bank charging 1 dollar each time ti send a statement.
I did not sign for deduction to be out for statements.
It is not fair to me, because your people do not give interest on our money that's in your bank.
I sign up to view my account but is not able to get through.

My name is Richard C.and I have to say I have one of the best bankers in the business from TD. Her name is Leann and although I'm not one of their million dollar customers she has helped a few times with situations that could have really been harmful to my account. She does so with attentiveness and speed. She has always been polite and patient. I think you would be hard pressed to find a banker as good as Leann. She is the model and poster girl of what customer service should be
They are not very people friendly anymore. You must make an appointment to speak to a human. Second class service these days.
