TD Bank, Deerfield Beach FL

WORST EVER TD Bank branch I have been to (in Rivertown Plaza, S Federal Hwy, Deerfield Beach) in Broward. (With an exception, that is, at least the bank tellers are helpful)

Does the TD Bank Regional VP ever review this branch management? My feeling is maybe NOT.

Do not go to this location the people that work there incompetent and they know nothing the branch manager is rude disrespectful and knows less than a four-year-old child. I deposited a check using their Mobile Banking and it says on the mobile banking app that it is instant easy for people on the go that don't have time to go to the bank and clears in 24 hours or less and the next day I go to check and there's a 8 day hold on my check for some reason What bank has an eight-day hold. On top of that I can't pay my bills my grandma can't get her heart medicine and due to Covid-19 money is a little tight at the moment so the bank did nothing to help the branch manager basically told me to screw off so I am now issuing a lawsuit personally against this location and the Bank Manager
. So I highly recommend anyone banking at this location to take your money out and go to another TD location they are the most incompetent bank and people I have ever dealt with in my entire life I have five bank accounts and even at Bank of America and Chase who are littwred with lawsuits have never treated me this way they've done nothing to help me they wouldn't even release half the funds which I saw on their own terms and agreement that they can but they just didn't want to so I highly recommend anybody to stay away from this location the bank manager is the most incompetent Person i have ever met and if you think the way I'm acting is out of line you imagine having no money because you spent all your money on bills expecting this to come in and then you do Mobile Banking which they say is quick easy and no hassle and then you find out the money you need absolutely need to pay a bills and take care of your family and pay for your kids food and stuff that you can't get your money for 8 days and gave no explanation on why there is an 8 day hold basically answering I don't know and none of them are willing to help you just imagine that.and you tell me how you would feel I am so livid at that bank and took everything within me not to go in there and rip the person out from behind the counter

This is one of the worse banking establishments that I have ever dealt with, you can spend up to 45 minutes in a line waiting and still leave without what you can’t for. I left my bank of several years to do banking with this company and I regret it. I heard that the same branch on Sample Federal Highway in Pompano customer service is much better.

They keep taking new clients but don't hire more people to wait on them!
The crazy thing is they have a greeter when you walk in to tell you what line to stand in. WTF
Im moving all my accounts to another bank.

I love this TD branch, especially when Carolina is the one who helps me. She is very friendly and knows well the systems, she is fast and knows how to multitask. She knows how to treat a customer. I highly recommend people to come at this TD bank.

I've been coming to this TD bank location (Federal highway DFB) for years they have always been very friendly, yes mind you I go there mainly for my quarters for I'm only down here for a few months in the winter from up North, but I have to write this review. I went there early a.m. And after taking $20 for two rolls of quarters the gentleman came back and told me I need to have an account with them in order to get two rolls of quarters, which I've been doing with them for years. I will not be going back to them ever again. I went across the street to Wells Fargo very pleasant, explained the situation and they said no problem, we can always give you quarters here even without an account. Shame on you TD bank Federal highway Deerfield Beach employee blatant lie to try and scam me into opening an account. Mind you my family up north all have accounts with TD bank and said this is not true you do NOT have to have an account to get rolls of quarters.

Slow and rude. This review came after at least 5 visits to this branch. Always the same. Longggg wait times and no remorse from staff. Do better!

Supposedly opens at 11 on a Sunday. I got there at 11.15 to make a deposit, and had to wait 10 minutes at the drive thru while they got themselves organized. Not a exactly convenient for America's 'most convenient bank', and not what I've come to expect from TD, which is usually very customer friendly.

This branch does not have very competent employees. Either they don't get enough training or the branch does not care about the service they provide.

Very friendly staff with great attitudes! Was greeted multiple times and everyone had a genuine smile on their face. Mikesha helped me in a fast and friendly manner. Awesome way to start my day in a good mood!

Great customer service staff from the people at the front counter to the bank manager. I have been banking at this location for almost 2 years and I am very pleased with the service.

The customer service at this location is slow and horrid. Do not go to a woman named Ali. Ali is a terrible representative of this bank. She is very slow and should be fired for not doing her job correctly. I would not trust Ali handling my money. If I could leave zero stars for this TD Bank location I would.

I had the most amazing experience at your branch on federal highway and 10th street in Deerfield beach. Dawn was INCREDIBLE! I had my two year old son who didn't sit still not one second. She was playing with him and when he saw her he immediately ran up to her and hugged her. She brought out coloring books and glasses for him to wear and play with. She took care of us like family and you rarely meet anyone like that anymore. Thank you so much for employing such an amazing individual.

I love TD Bank and this location has the best employee. Never had a problem with TD Bank
