Tea plus, Davie FL

I have been coming to Tea plus for a really long time because that’s the only place my mom prefers over any other boba shop. But the drinks were so bad today, I went back in to ask for either a remake of something else or refund, they said they couldn’t give a refund or give me a different drink. I have been drinking the mango orange green tea for as long as I can remember so I know the taste but it was so so bad today. The boba tasted bad as well. It was all clumpy and had a weird taste. I hope they can do better the next time. Also maybe have an option for when a customer does not like a drink.

The guys working here were nice, but they got one of my drink orders wrong. I got 2 different teas and the quality was no good.

The burla seems really good, but I cannot drink it it’s rlly bad. And the rose tea is less than mid. A really bad experience

There’s no seating and the place looks a bit unfinished but the rose tie tea was good. The parking is tough because there’s also a night club in the plaza.

I’ve been coming to this tea shop for yeaaaars. I don’t come as I much as I used to due to the parking issues so when I do come it’s a whole thing.

The drinks are always on point! A little pricey for the drink to ice ratio. My issue is the service. Tim/Tin (i didnt hear the name properly) took our orders and everything was okay. My issue was when after I asked him if they give out cup water. He spoke to me as if I was in the way and threw up his hands letting me know that I was clearly bothering him. I do think he misunderstood me because I asked him if he gave out cup waters, I didnt ask him to drop everything to get me the water. His attitude really rubbed me and my family the wrong way cause we just asked him a simple question not demanding to do anything so when he gave us that reaction I told him whenever he can it wasn’t the issue. So, the bottomline is that his attitude was inappropriate and that’s not how you speak to customers. I worked in customer service for many years and that is not how you speak to your paying customers who come out of their way to give you business. I dont think i’ll
come again.

If you're looking for a boba tea place that's closer to the ones in China, this is the place and you should definitly try their salt and pepper chicken they are delicous.

This used tobe my Go To place to brighten up my day but the last couple of visits are bad the service sucks and the quality went downhill.

Used to like their bubble tea but recently it has gone downhill. Their boba tasted like store bought and their tea tasted like water and has no flavor.
They also don’t have much parking spot at night. Save your money and grab bubble tea from other boba shop around instead

Extensive wait, the order was made incorrectly, tea was way too bitter almost unpalatable.

I wasn’t a fan of Bubble Tea, but now that I AM, this place is one of my favorites. I just go for the regular brown sugar with tapioca and it has always the same good quality and flavor. Also, they offer non-dairy options, so it’s a 10 for me!

Could never go wrong with this boba shop! Always on point and decently priced for their milk tea!

Today my sister and I decided to come to this boba spot that we originally fell in love with when they first opened. My sister ordered the crème brûlée boba and I ordered the mango green tea boba and they both were not good. I’m not sure if they are under new management but the service could have been better. My sister didn’t like her drink and asked if she can replace it for something else the young woman at the registered looked confused and the gentleman who I assume is the manager jumped in and said they don’t change the drinks or give refunds if she didn’t like the drink. The only way the drink can be changed if it was defective on their end. Never in my life have I heard of any establishment that sells food or drinks say they cannot give a refund or replace the item for something else. I’m not sure what kind of customer service that is but we just said okay and purchased another drink and it was very powered and she ended up throwing it away. Overall it was very disappointing we had a terrible experience and won’t be returning.

Clean, fast and good customer service but the black tea I got tasted as if the tea bag was in the water way too long.

I love matcha bubble tea. Have tried about 5 places around my area and this place tastes the best so far. I usually buy the brown sugar matcha with half sugar

Came from out of town and was craving for some bubble tea. Ordered 5 drinks
Strawberry smoothie with rainbow jelly $7.60
Mango smoothie with rainbow jelly $7.60
Brulee milk tea $7.35
Thai tea latte $6.50
Brown sugar macchiato $6.50

I had high hopes since the pictures and reviews are good. However, I did not like my Brulee milk tea. Not sure what was in it, but it felt more like a custard rather than a Brulee. It was too chunky and also had foamy texture— not what I’d expect from a drink.

The Thai milk tea was better. Brown sugar macchiato was water down.
