Be careful with Michael Mainor. His business model is very shady. He and his partner are unprofessional. They are known for double dipping. Michael and his partner have a history of representing the buyer and the seller at the same time. I guess more commission for them but do not present the offers to the seller as they should legally do. How can he advocate for you if he is representing both sides? He is representing his pocket to see how much he can get from both deals. This is ethically wrong. He should be investigated and kicked out from REMAX.
