Literally ruined my life by no-showing.

Despite booking them five weeks in advance and confirming the date multiple times, this “team” no-showed on our moving date. After we’d already rented the truck. On Memorial Day Weekend — also the busiest moving weekend of the year— when it was impossible to find anyone else.

Never responded to multiple phone calls or messages. Just completely left us adrift and struggling to complete the move on our own. I am only 5’3” and while I am an athlete and strong, I sustained multiple bruises, numb limbs, and nerve damage due to the physical demands. My husband was recovering from a severe foot injury. We spent 14 straight hours moving because this company no-showed. The pain and dehydration was so severe that we were sick for days afterwards.

I then incurred medical expenses due to severe repetitive strain injury in both my arms. I had persistent numbness and throbbing for weeks, impairing my ability to work and costing me hundreds of dollars in medical costs in addition to lost income.

Again, I booked them FIVE WEEKS in advance and confirmed with them multiple times. They just decided to celebrate Memorial Day Weekend instead, I guess. Too bad, I typically tip 80-100%.

Total scam, fake business, and awful freakin’ people. This was a physically traumatizing experience even for an athlete like myself. And I’m an actual business owner who works hard for my clients unlike whatever this sham of a “business” is.

Do not book these people. Do not. You will regret it.

Like many before me, we booked with “owner” Chuck Costello weeks in advance for help from 8am-12pm - then no call no show. Chuck, Jarrod, Tyrone: Maybe should do pools or yard work because they can’t be trusted With important time-driven, planned work like moving when you need them. They referred us BACK to the uhaul site we found them on. Our entire timeline is off (used PL at work, real movers coming Saturday - 2 days later than planned - but we have to have the other place cleaned and be back to work on Monday). Hire a real moving company, not Chuck and his lackeys.

Did not have the same experience as other reviewers here. These guys were quick, friendly, professional, and on time. They had me moved out of my apartment and into my new house within 3 hours. Will be using them again. Highly recommended.

They never showed and ruined my entire logistics and moving. No answering phone calls, texts emails. Bad unreliable business! Chuck Costello is a joke. Do not hire them. Period. Uhaul should not endorse them.

I hired team Costello Movers to load and unload my storage unit to a larger unit! I was sent two ladies and a guy! They should have sent 2 ladies, because this guy Chris would just stand there and wait to be told the next thing to do as THE TIME KEPT CLICKING ON! The young ladies worked very hard, but I had no choice but to pitch in and help, recovering from a knee replacement, and we still didn’t finish. But, they were looking for another hour of pay! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I ONLY GAVE THEM TWO STARS BECAUSE THE LADIES WERE NICE! But this company should not even BE IM EXISTENCE WORST SERVICE EVER. DONT TRY TO HIRE ON A BUDGET, FIND THE MONEY AND NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Will and Cody were on time (actually a few minutes early). They were professional, courteous and efficient through and through.they went right to work and got the job done quickly. In addition, Team Costello kept me informed in the days leading up to the move. I would recommend this company to anyone. GREAT JOB. I am 100% satisfied.

Terrible terrible customer service. Up until the day of the move Chuck Costello said he would be able to help me move from 8am to 11am. Day of the move comes and he didn’t even show up? !

Most pathetic and unprofessional moving service. They never shows up. These guys dont care a damn about the family waiting for them in rain when they are booked.pathetic service. I would suggest you to never ever book this service.

I am sorry to be reading these most recent commentaries. I used Team Costello last year while moving from Orlando, FL to Palm Coast, FL and two gentlemen showed up, Chuck Costello and another whose name I can't recall unfortunately. I can say that they both showed up on time, very professional and helpful to myself and my family. They loaded and unloaded the truck in what we thought was record time and assisted us in rebuilding our furniture. Again, very helpful and clean work, no dent were made on any walls nor were there any damages made to the furniture. Absolutely fantastic and very grateful to them.

I am actually looking to move again and went looking for them specifically and that's when I found these comments. I was truly shock to read these most recent encounters with the Costello Team.

I pray that these were isolated events and that their service hasn't deteriorated in just a year.

Base on my personal experience, they are highly recommended.
