Very bad service had my hard drives to copy over to one drive. Very lax. Drives never did get transferred after having them 4 days. One of the techs gone and apparently no one else could do it. No return phone calls. Lame. Disinterested. Could not have cared less, heard them say old people shouldn’t have computers. No one came to the front after coming through the door and the chime went off several times. Again. Lame. I will never go back. Used to come here under previous owner. Will not return to do business with Tachmate.

Great computer shop in Winter Haven! They have helped me on several occasions. They even have computers in inventory if you need one TODAY.

I built a new gaming PC could not get windows to load. 1 place I called told was a hardware issue incompatible. I then called TechMate I was asked to bring it in. In about 3 hours they had me up and running. So, in the sort of it was not an incompatible hardware issue. Just a corrupt windows installer. The tech that worked on computer did a fantastic job for me. I would highly recommend this shop for all your computer repair needs.

TechMate has always been exceptional when it comes to anything computer related. They're trust worthy, ethical, and very professional. They've been able to diagnose and repair my devices in a timely manner every single time. They're the best around, 5 stars.

For over 8 years I've use TechMate for my computer repairs. Always satisfied with there work and staff.

My PC was having hard drive/performance issues so I brought it to Techmate for a diagnosis.
I was prepared to hear, "You need a new computer. " Since everything today is built to last only a few years I just figured this was par for the course. Instead I heard, "Let's take a look and see what we can do. " I was still expecting the worse. A few hours later I received a call that my computer was all set. Turns out it was a faulty hard drive. My computer is running better now than it did when it was brand new.

If your computer is running slow or having issues, don't hit the panic button like I did. Have these guys take a took at it before going out and buying a new computer. If it is time to buy a new computer check out their inventory of Laptops and Desktops.

Just want to say thank you for the great work you did on my laptop which is like 10 years old 10 years ago when it was new it didn’t run as fast as it does right now. We walked in there and Robert took care of us right away so friendly it was a pleasure dealing with Robert thank you thank you to the technician that upgraded my laptop it works like a charm I would recommend this to everyone for your friendliness and honesty keep up the great work.

Free estimate. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Reasonably priced for repairs. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was because when I dropped off the computer I was told it would take one or two days for them to check it out and give me a call. On day five I called them because I hadn't heard anything. However, once I called they were quick to get me taken care of. I was able to pick up my desktop in a couple of hours after that and it has been working smoothly every since. Overall good experience and I will definitely use them in the future.did I mention FREE ESTIMATES!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. My daughter told me her charger was acting up on her laptop. After not finding a matching charger on Amazon I called them to order me one. I took the computer down there and he tries a couple chargers on the computer saying none of them worked so it was the port. 100 and a week to fix. I flinched but said okay. Over a week later I called them. They didn't know what computer was mine and had not even started the repair. I went and got the computer and took it to someone else. They had to replace not only the port but the mother board. Also turns out the cord was bad like they said. The computer was working when it went into there shop. I think they damaged it when told I was picking it up. Dishonest and horrible service. Just don't.

They are knowledgeable and honest. I botched upgrading my gaming computer, ruining my motherboard and processor. They diagnosed the problem and installed my new parts for me at a low price. I would recommend them to anyone.
