Zachary was super nice & helpful! My iPhone screen stopped working out of nowhere & they were able to repair it in less than an hour & a half. Definitely recommend them for any iPhone repairs.

Be aware and get second opinions! This place is far from helpful. The front desk employee was kind but we were obviously lied to, and the “work” they did on the phone was done incorrectly.
We took my husbands phone in because the screen went out. No cracks, no drops, no water damage. We got home from church and were sitting on the couch and it just went out randomly. This place claims they “opened it” and found water damage. They also claimed they could see it in the camera.

Took it over to best buy for a second opinion because the phone is only 10 months old and best buy disagreed with the water damage, but at this point Apple Support wanted a 3rd opinion from one of their stores.

Drove many hours to an Apple store and after an evaluation got the entire screen replaced for free and the option to add Apple care. No water damage. (They also noticed that Techmonk took the screen off when they opened it and didn’t put it back on properly)

Upon talking to other people in the field, they have told me not to bother with places like this, especially when it comes to 14 pro max’s. Just be aware and get second opinions!

My iPad would not power on. Thought I had tried a hard reset, but apparently I had not done that right. Took it in, Trent was great, had it fixed in two minutes. Thanks guys!

Please don’t leave your device here mine was supposed to get fixed and shipped it was never delivered and they can’t help once it has left the store. I’m out of shipping a two hour drive and now my laptop! Do not let apple send you here just stick with a Apple Store.

Trent and Zach were awesome. Came in with an issue with the computer and they were upfront with what it would take to fix it which was verified by Apple and ended up with a new computer very fair deal with a package bundle that beats any thing I’ve seen elsewhere. Very happy with their advice, service, and attention to detail.

They were outstanding! We both learned something about Apple and Verizon and AT&T data that should have dismissed and how it worked!

Jeremy was fantastic. Full of knowledge and really friendly. I definitely recommend coming to visit him for any apple iPhone/Mac/iPad needs!

Very rude guy on the front desk, they just want to get rid of the clients looking for maintenance or phone warranty … conversely, if you are buying something they will treat you right

Employees are incredibly kind, helpful, and honest. The managers also respond to emails quickly. I even got an email from the Owner/CEO regarding a question I had. Thank you all for your professionalism and help with my apple products! I’ll be back if I ever need help again!

Brought my computer to get fixed for an HDMI port left with HDMI port fixed but left with broken storage drive and missing screws If you want something fixed, I would not suggest this one.

This is a top notch place. They were so accommodating and did a fabulous job replacing the screen on my wife’s iPhone 14 Pro Max. I highly recommend TechMonk for phone repair!

Brought my phone in for repair and let me just say, these people are quick. They are very polite it was so refreshing. Jeremy especially who reached out to me about my phone being fixed was very nice. I highly recommend this store if you have device issues.

Thank you so much Trent and Jeremy for helping us. They really went above and beyond knowing we were driving almost two hours on a wing and a prayer for them to repair my phone. They had it finished in less than an hour. Highly recommend!
