Dan came out and serviced my air and he was trust worthy. I’m so glad I found this company.

From dealing with their receptionist to Dan coming out and letting me know what I needed. My expierence was great!

Jose AC technician came to service our air conditioning unit. He is polite, courteous, (wore shoe covers), and knowledgable about his trade and services offered. He was able to answer questions and give recommendations to keep unit running efficiently.

Jose Gonzalez came by today for my 6 month inspection. He was knowledgeable, kind and respectful. Quick yet thorough work. Thank you Jose.

Run Run Run. Do not do business with this company we have reported them to Better Business Bureau. They sold us a new Air.conditioner and now won't install it properly. They have stood us up 4x won't communicate make appointments that are not kept and continue to make excuses. I am now thinking I did not need a new AirConditioner that they sold us a bill of goods because they will not come and complete the installation and fill the gaps that they left from the other air conditioner. Worse company to communicate with and not professional. So sorry I did not look them up. They had been our Service company for 4 years without problems. Now they are nothing but a problem. I finally emailed the owner of the company and it appears that our issues may get fixed. I will leave this review up until I see if they followup and fix the issue.

This is a SCAM company
he came said he couldn't read the freeon after intentionally opening the condenser to freeze it up.he didnt even look at air filter

all he said is BAD NEWS< you need a whole new unit
I called my homeowners warranty, they sent out guy for second opinion
he hooked right up to the freeon and said its full and fine

The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! Came out to inspect an air conditioner that was only 7 years old.told me they would give me a good deal on a brand new air conditioner. After spending $10,000. Derek comes out the next year to do my yearly maintenance.only to tell me that the air conditioning unit couldn't keep up.that I needed duct work done and a UV light $4,000. I told him you're the one who sold me the air conditioning unit.so after spending an additional $4,000.they were scheduled to come out and install a UV light.after 12.yes 12 times they were scheduled to come out they were a no-show! No phone call no nothing.then when somebody finally did show up and said they installed a $300 UV light.husband went to check on it and it was never installed but yet I was charged. I had to call another company to install the UV light that they never showed up to install after my husband missed work 12 times! No apology no phone call.no nothing.its that time of year to get our maintenance done.and already we've had three no shows. This company should be reported to the better Business bureau.they are a rip off and they definitely are not professional.stay away from these scammers!

Our AC broke down at 7: 30 at night. We called TSI after hours line and Ryan came out within the hour and got us up and running. Not only did he diagnose our AC system and fix it. He also did a maintenance check while he was here to make sure everything else was running fine so we don’t have to worry about this happening again. I feel relieved that I found a company I can finally trust.

Professional SCAM artists!

Conned into an oversized unit and new duct work. Two years later after a TECO home energy audit, we were told our duct work had gaping holes and wasn’t sealed! In addition other issues including electrical and improper installation of the drain pan.

Run from this company!

Jose did a phenomenal job today for my service maintenance! He's the best tech I have had in 5 years.

These people are scam artists. They said I had mold and needed a UV light and duct sanitizing for $4,000.00. Checked with another service recommended by my neighbors. They said I didn't have mold, just some mildew they cleaned with a wet wipe. What's even worse they immediately billed my credit card when I made an appointment. Now I've got to go through disputing the charge. Very unreputable.

Figures, this company definitely is very prompt in responding to reviews, how unfortunate that wasn't the case with my appointment being missed and making me waste 2 hours of my time without a phone call, or any care for a prompt communication with me, but definitely the internet and social media does warrant a quick response, all the great reviews here, good for every successful visit to all these customers, how unfortunate I was not one of them treated with the same courtesy and value.

Garbage company that sends out flyers offering 29.95 tune ups to hook you into their business only to make appointments and not fulfill them by not having enough staff and not caring to waste your time as you wait for them and they can care less to call you to notify you of the status on the appointment. Lousy customer service.

Derek was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong with our unit. Gave us options as far as how to prolong our AC unit rather than run ours to the ground and have to buy a new one.

This company took over the service warranty from the installer that went out of business. The first tech.that came out was very thorough and was here about 2 hours. 6 months later another maintenance visit scheduled and given the thumbs up. 3 days later the blower mower went and a different tech came out and said my ultraviolet light had been disconnected and my system was loaded with mold. About
$4,000 later my ducts were clean and a new light installed along with a new blower motor.
5 minutes into my free maintenance visit yesterday, I’m told that my ductwork needed to be sealed for $ 4,000, but I qualified for a discount because I had previous repairs done. I told the tech I was not interested, and he told me that my blower motor will go and they are over $ 2,500 since the hurricane and if it happens to me in July they could be 12 weeks out. Filter
Never checked, drain line not cleaned, Just visually looked at the outside unit. I’m becoming very suspicious of this company after yesterday

After turning the heat on we found out it was not working right on the coldest night of the year. Technical Services came out next morning and got us heated

TSI has been our maintenance company for 2 years. After Hurricane Ian, our a/c needed replacing. We got fast service and a replacement all in the same day. Dan was excellent.
