New phone and all i needed was the battery removed, they said they might break the case and I will have to pay for it. That's crazy. If they brake my phone they should be reasonable for it. Don't give them business this is low class.

Horrible customer service. Went inside of the store and approached the counter and was never greeted or acknowledged after standing there for 5-10 minutes. A simple hello or I'll be with you shortly goes a long way.

The associate Joshua ylarseta tried to charge me more than what it cost to fix my iPhone 6plus when I’ve been coming their for years I’m sorry but his customer service skill are horrible when ever I came their and flex and the other guy help me and saw that I was a regular they took care of me I’ll never do business with you guys again. Mind you I’m a supervisor myself and I’ll never let a customer leave angry

I always go to places to fix my equipment but by far this is the best place there is all around Broward County if you want your stuff fixed in a timely manner and good prices come here man they are the best

I went in for some help to take out some screws for a tablet that I was disassembling and replacing the screen myself. They wanted to charge me $50 to take out some screws. I didn't ask for any other help besides removing the screws and he told me I would have to pay $50 for labor. I ordered the tools on amazon for $13 and took them out myself in less then 3 minutes. I paid less than $50 to replace the entire screen of my tablet. Oh and then the guy asked me how much I think I should pay. Said I would give him $20 foe the help and then told me okay I'll do it but I need you to give me the tool. Like what? You want me to pay you AND bring you the tool to remove them? I will never go there or recommend them to anyone.

Carlos fixed the front and back of my phone in less than an hour and a half! Excellent service and I got a wonderful protective glass to prevent cracking my screen again, 100% recommend.

Horrible customer service! Overly priced.they take forever to fix your phone. Felix always promises an hour or two but always ends up taking 4 hours or more! Felix also makes false promises to get your business but never fulfills any of them. I warn you STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I had a great experience repairing my device with Felix the head tech of that location and he got me out in 25 minutes making it very realiable for me since I needed my phone really badly for work.

Felix is the best! He was able to tell me what was wrong with both of my computers with in a few minutes and the repair for one computer was only a week long to replace the screen! Great customer service all around
