Amazing place. The staff is great! They smiled a lot and answered all the questions. Will be back for sure.

Enjoyed our visit. The shop was extremely busy and the staff did a great job keeping up with everyone. Especially the young man who was working. He nailed it. He was taking care of everyone and keeping busy. Give that boy a raise! We enjoyed a hot chocolate frappe, root beer float, and a small strawberry ice cream with sprinkles.

The quality of ice cream was great, great price, and cute shop set up.

Really yummy ice cream! All of the flavors were what you would expect and the mixed in ingredients like chocolate chips or pistachios were plentiful. The portions were generous - especially for the kids! The person that took care of us could have been more cheerful as we didn’t hear a hello or thank you but the ice cream made up for it. Overall I recommend and would be back.

Terrible experience. Ordered with a rude young lady and then waited for two hot chocolates while many orders placed after us were fulfilled. When we went up to the counter twice to ask about the order, we were given attitude and a poor response to how they take orders (via post it notes).

Decent ice cream and friendly staff. Sitting area was a little unkept but nothing horrible.

We were in there on 4/16/22. They have Good ice cream but staff acts like we are a inconvenience. We walk in and the look at the menu board and the employees just stand there and stare at us, they dont say hello or anything. When ordering I said there was 4 of us and after each order she said is that all? I would go to another icecream shop, plenty on st George st. Maybe the employees don't realize but there are in a tourist are and when we visit the are from Gainesville again, we definitely won't go here.

They have sugar free ice cream! If youre trying to eat Keto, this is a great choice so you don't feel left out. Only one sugar free choice when i was there. Black raspberry. Not bad!

The coconut ice cream is to die for the waffle cones r yummy. The staff is amazing and helpful to help u make the best choice for flavors. They have a cute area to sit n enjoy your ice cream or take it on the go as u take in all the sights

It's "Night of Lights" in St Augustine so this place is a must stop for a sweet treat with all the walking and looking!
