Food was Delicious! Delmonico Steak was on point! Customer Service was Great! Those Bison appetizer mini Burgers were Awesome! Great Family Atmosphere!

The prices are a little high for what it is, but it's a fun date night.

From the time our server, Vinny, came to us, he was selling himself, his restaurant and the food. He aimed to please and hit the target!
His menu knowledge combined with his passion for food made the experience a great one. The food is as amazing!

We came here about 2 weeks ago and the place was almost empty. They were severely short staffed as I noticed the kitchen staff hadto help seat people and no one was manning the bar.

All four of us ordered the Delmonico steak and we ordered my son some chicken strips. The steak was really good - I was extremely impressed. My wife LOVED the kale salad so of course we ordered an extra side of that to- go.

The service was terrible. That was mostly on our server. Receipt shows it was Daron. Luckily there was someone else running our drinks and food because otherwise we would still have been eating well past closing time. We ordered drinks which took forever to come. Our friends got their beers (after reminding him we had no drinks) and he shortly comes up to tell my wife and I that they are still working on tapping the Blue Moon. 10 minutes (not exaggerating) I asked are they having any luck and he said he would check. 5 minutes later we flagged him down and I said if they were unable to get that then we would settle for something else. He walks away and there's the Blue Moon. We also asked if he could make sure the chicken tenders come out first when we placed our order and guess what came out last? The chicken tenders. It would have been nice if he communicated things but we had to constantly flag him down while he looked lost. Keep in mind the place was not busy at all. I understand being understaffed but not offering good service is another story.

Regardless. We will be back. Just will ask for a different server.

I loved the Bison ribeye and my best friend who was with us can't stop talking about it. He said it was his best birthday dinner of all times. Happy 58 Jimmy!

I love eating here the food is always fresh and taste delicious. I'm so glad that they offer bison as it is a way healthier alternative to the normal cow beef and not only does it taste better, but it's a lot more tender like the meat just melts in your mouth. I love there homemade pickles and the onion rings are awesome, but the horseradish sauce is just a tad bit on the strong side but not a deal breaker. I wish I would have been able to attach photos but the food looked so good we couldn't wait long enough for me to take them. I purchased the bison cheese burger, bison brisket with garlic mashed potatoes and butter carrots, meatloaf sandwich with mashed potatoes, swiss and mushroom burger, knife and fork chilli cheese burger, a side of onion rings, and a kids salmon with fries it was awesome. Also just to add there curbside pickup is awesome!

Vinny was attentive and pleasant. He answered our questions & the food was delicious. Couldn't have asked for a better first experience.

Our party of 7 had a delicious meal at Ted's. The bison steak was cooked perfectly. Several people opted for the bison burger and were well pleased. The sides were excellent. The only downside was the service - it wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything spectacular. Well worth a visit.

Food was average for Ted's but homeless have taken over the plaza and it is very uncomfortable to walk and park there. Also I have seen several hookers there in the past few months.

We have been going for the last 3 years and love it a couple of mishaps but the last 3 visits we have had a server Megan who is amazing and is fantastic at her job and we just celebrated my daughters birthday and everything was great with amazing food and cooked to perfection, thank you for helping with the celebration of my daughters sweet 16 and my family and I will continue to dine there because of the awesome staff, cooks and atmosphere and I feel like family too so thank you so much

The staff is very friendly! The bison burgers were delicious! It's a little on the pricey side but worth the experience!

I agree with other posters, Vinny was an awesome server. The food was tasty but came out cool to slightly warm. The manager Brian was rude and made inappropriate comments about my table mates. Who tells a table full of women that they are "cackling" too loud?

The chili was excellent and the service was attentive and friendly. Both steaks came out overcooked as hell and then came back out raw as hell (both ordered medium). The manager was extremely apologetic and comped our meals but it was disappointing. Nice atmosphere and good looking bar. Nice wine list with Oberon by the glass at a reasonable price and a couple other nice labels reasonably priced by the glass or the bottle. Everybody has a bad night every now and then but it was a bad night.

Everything is made fresh daily and taste phenomenal. The Service is unbeatable and prices are great. I definitely will be coming back often.

American food, mmm, very tasty. Loved this place from the first taste. I've had nothing but enjoyable experiences here and plan to keep visiting. It has a nice interior.

Had the mushroom, Swiss bison burger and fries which was great. My son had the fish sandwich plus sides that he said was great. He's been there before a couple of times and wanted me to try the bison burger as he has had them before.

We just left this place. We had a party of 6. Waited 30 minutes to be seated (no big deal), when we sat down the hostess said your server will be right with you. 15-20 minutes goes by and nothing. Not one person came to the table. We would understand if it was super busy, but there were empty tables all around us. So we left, because clearly they didn’t want our business. Sad because we have been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time.

American food, quality stuff. Very appetizing. The staff was sociable and attentive. The place has a good atmosphere. I can see why they have a lot of good reviews.

Omgoodness! What a pleasant place to eat wonderful food and amazing service! I went to visit / catch up with my mom. Being women, we can and did chat it up. Even though they were closed, they not once mentioned time. I will be back to visit, but promise to keep closer eye on the time ;-p

Every single time I come here, its a fantastic experience! Food is top notch, and the service is always prompt and friendly!
