2 Let me start by saying that they were quick to take my insurance information but never verified it and didn’t know what my co-pay or deductible was for any services. I found the front desk to be very in competent.my appointment was at 8: 30 I wasn’t seen until 10. I had x-rays-done And no one was able to tell me what cost was going to be out of pocket for my treatment because they didn’t have an insurance person there at the time but they were quick to take my deductible.
There was a lady at the front desk who claimed to be the owner, but knew less than just being able to charge me my deductible.
As far as a grandfather figure, working there never saw him only saw a very nice and pleasant Dr. Hutchinson. I feel bad for her. Don’t recommend this place if you want anything done.
I'm thankful for the dentist and his staff present in office he's like a grandfather you didn't ask for in a good way respect my elders always life instructions along with an extraction 2 for 1 special.
