I've never taken a day off or went home early I was dedicated to this company. I addressed my concern that I was not getting any calls and reached out to IT department and was told my system has no issues. My supervisor Tamara James said she would look into it Tuesday Nov 14 2023 and I didn't here back from her until Friday of that week Nov. 17 only to ask if I received any calls. The following Monday Nov. 20 Tamara James was no longer with the company. Tuesday Nov 21 Assistant Manager Nicole Collins suspended me at 12: 24pm central time with out pay due to system flaws which are not in my control. Was told by Nicole a Collins my system goes into not ready to often and that I'm the only one this is happening to. I told her that is incorrect it happens to everyone on my team. Then I asked how long is my system in not ready and she replied 7 to 8 seconds I said to her it is obvious that this is no doing of my own. As I asked questions about the investigation she said would take place while i was suspended Ms Collins talked around my questions and kept interrupting to log out of my system we are not getting anywhere we are just going on circles then she hung up from the meeting. After the meeting I looked in my team chat and a coworker just stated that her computer went into not ready and now she is back in ready. I was removed from the chat after this was posted in the chat but I do have documentation.
Then to my findings at 3: 05am I received a termination letter from Nicole Collins. I've never seen a person so unprofessional in all my life. Who puts you in suspension for no reason then terminate your employment at 3: 05am the next day. Nasty threatning message telling me to return equipment immediately or we will report you to collections. I thought there was to be an investigation, cause clearly this has now turned into wrongful termination. How about you give me my final check for the weeks of pay owed to me and my Release Letter from any and all carriers associated with the company. United Health Care to name one.

Worst company to work for! Especially from home. Their manager Gabriela Meza is the worst manager, she writes up everybody for no reason. I never got my pto they changed their rules everyday You can’t even use the bathroom!? !? You get a 3 minute bathroom break and if you go over a minute you’re in trouble. It’s a joke of a company for what they pay to be a prisoner. DONT WORK HERE.

I work here for 2 years, Every thing was great, Didn't like my last supervisor but besides that the job paid my bills.

Most Hated Job Ever! Lord Knows I Loved Bank of America but teleperformance was the most ghetto job I ever had people hunching outside supervisors breaths smelling like liquor and weed my supervisor was bipolar not to mention they took my check March 22,2023 said they was investigating never told me nothing need to say they fired me with no prior knowledge. All Im going to say I pray my review help someone know what they getting there self into I only think it’s the the Bank of America department also they fired me without even contacting me while I was calling out like I was informed

This call center is managed by people that just got out of high school, most of them colored, and they think getting a couching job means you have a career goal reached, lol. They want to treat you like you are training in the military, like in the ARMY, you cannot give an opinion, and they blame you of things you haven't even said, even though they record everything, and watch you very close. There were people fired on the first week of training, I lasted two months, because I was always there, and they need bilinguals, but I felt harrassed because in training I advised that there should be more hands on training, not a whole month of reading theory, and then they just throw you on the life calls, and they use the same metrics of people that have been there for a long time!
They will give you so much stress, that you end up having high blood pressure. I do not recommend this getto call center, it's a joke!

I gave Teleperformance seven years of my life during two very separate times in my life and honestly I don’t regret any second of the time that I did not because of Teleperformance being some great career choice but the people in the relationships that i form during my time at Teleperformance cannot be compared to any other time in my life I’ve come across retirees actors scientists engineers all during different times of their lives and it was just amazing the relationship that will form and I am and I love that time
