It is unfortunate that they do not have people with a minimum of knowledge of customer service, the lady with almost orange hair does not have the slightest delicacy to help the customer and speaks as if she were shouting. I have been ordering the cakes of my family and friends there for years and I have never had any feeling as uncomfortable as with that lady, questioning what I was trying to choose with the design. I did not want to pay more than $100 for a cake but I did not expect to pay a pittance for it either. He, because I know and I recognize the value of the work of the place but instead of helping and contributing he made me leave the door without my daughter's birthday cake. I hope to return because the quality of the cakes is not in question but I hope not to be attended by that lady again.

I lived in love with these cakes, I always ordered them from them until the last cake I ordered this month came out sour.when I wrote to them to tell them they only said it was strange because they bake on the same day and I believe them but my cake was sour and ruined the birthday
